The designs were delivered on time. We are the startups, so we were also not very clear in our ideas. They patiently listened to us and gave the output to 100% of our satisfaction.

Graptive Design listened to our ideas and tried to incorporate them into their designs. We did change the idea even after they had almost completed the project, then also, they accepted and incorporated our idea without creating an issue.

Scope of improvement is always present in everything  but for Graptive design, they were good with us.
