I'm the Head of Global Operations for The PR Genius, which is a PR agency. Our agency is responsible for helping the clients position themselves in their target market as the main players and disruptors in the relevant space. We provide our clients with organic placements on major media outlets, help improve their ranking on search results, secure interviews and round-tables for those that need any of these services.

One of the main challenges for us was to tackle the technical bumps we faced in our day-to-day operations. This could range from just a normal troubleshooting of a CRM or email account to developing web pages, to identifying why there is an issue with a page and how to get it resolved in the shortest time.

MadiLinks served as a one-stop solution for us, for all things tech. We onboarded them to take care of all of our technical needs without anyone from our core team having to get involved, so we could focus on strengthening our customer relationships.

MadiLinks ensured they keep a check on all angles, the web pages, the CRMs, social media pages, logins and security, internal login details, troubleshooting on our main website and even helping with design-related issues. They helped us design creatives for our clients, for their landing pages, social ad campaigns, and even provided support in integrating things with our CRM as well as with the clients' when they had different platforms that needed integration. As highlighted earlier, MadiLinks is literally our one-stop for anything and everything related to the technical side of things, from design, to development, to troubleshooting, to generic support.

The CEO of MadiLinks is our main point of contact. So we pretty much have their entire team at our disposal, depending on whose specialty is needed.

Having MadiLinks' incorporation as our technical team has been a tremendous support since that has enabled us to focus more on growing our business, focus on clients, providing the services that we specialize in and establish strong, healthy relationships with our clients.

Besides taking away the headache from the technical issues, MadiLinks has also proven to be profitable we were able to pull focus from trying to troubleshoot in areas we had no experience in and concentrate more on the business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication channel between our team and theirs is very casual and fluent. We have the CEO and their main guy on our Whatsapp chat and we can simply drop them a message and get a response immediately almost any time of the day or night.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There is a list of things we like about them. For instance, they're very cost-friendly, they're extremely professional yet friendly, everyone on their team is supportive and experienced in whatever they come on for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Considering how amazing they are with us, I can't think of anything I would suggest to be done differently. It's a Kudos all around.

We needed a reasonably priced development agency to help us with various technical needs and roadmaps. At the forefront we needed websites built from scratch and managed to a professional manner. Our goals were to establish a professional and attractive online presence.

We were referred to Madi and her team by an ex founder whom we trust very much and after a quick audit of our needs and smooth negotiations, we knew it was the right choice for us.

We had an audit meeting based on our needs and pricing and once we came to an agreement we began a very collaborative onboarding process. Not being very tech savvy internally, Madi and her team explained the benefits of Wordpress vs an alternative like Wix and helped us set up our front and backend development while ensuring we were happy with every detail. They went above and beyond and helped us establish our branding colours, creatives, logos and imagery in the process as well.

We worked predominately with Madi, the founder, but we also worked closely with Zohaib on calls as well. There were a few other team members on the creative side that we interacted with minimally but we were in good hands with those two.

After we launched our site and cleaned up the branding, we saw a significant increase in sales. This enabled us to be able to drive targeted ads to our landing page and increase visibility as well.

We use Slack as a main platform for communication but Madi and her team were also always available on Whatsapp. My business partner and I are insomniacs and text at hours that are unreasonably late but they never seemed to mind and we always felt prioritised in any comms.

They seem to offer everything that is needed for technical support, we found it almost unbelievable how willing the team was to help with anything we needed. I would say the most impressive thing was the transparency that Madi and team had with us, she is not afraid to advise on what is needed and possible/not. They're experts at channeling our creative ideas into something tangible that actually converts.

Not that I can think of.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 full stack developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

After launching our site, we saw a 70% increase in traffic, and our incoming leads doubled month over month thanks to the landing page. Clients love the updated design, and they now have better understanding of our services.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

They gave us a professional site that's easy to update. My team had never worked with WordPress before, so they took the time to teach us how to update the content ourselves.

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs on the contact form. We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues.

The project was completed on time and on budget. My own lack of knowledge in website build and implementation caused minor issues. These were well addressed by Madi.
