Direct Design worked on developing our custom-made website, brand book, logo, and T-shirt designs. The entire experience was extremely positive – the team delivered outstanding work that was high-quality, professional, and executed to a high standard.

What we especially want to highlight is their fair and honest communication. They are very easy to work with, open to ideas, and always willing to listen and adapt. At one point, we had a request they hadn't dealt with before, and they were completely transparent in telling us that it might be best handled by someone else. We truly appreciated that level of honesty and professionalism.

We are a full service signage company based out of Calgary, Canada. My position was Design and Communications Manager where I coordinated communications between customers and production team to deliver desired products and services by projected deadlines.

We we looking for a strategic approach to the design of the website to support marketing and reaching our clients. Direct Design took the branding developed and ensured consistency across all pages.

The vendor had a one person team at the time of the engagement. There was plenty of great communication throughout all milestones of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There was a definite surge in analytics data from Google and the Wordpress data sets improving the rates of conversion and traffic coming to the website. Great customer feedback on the design and user experience as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great workflow, their team was always available and ready to assist in any issues or areas that required revisions or feedback. Also, it was always easy to arrange communications virtually if one party was remote.

Their professional approach to business impressed us, as did their genuine care for their work.

Not that I can mention at this time. It was a pleasure working with Direct Design and I have approached them time and time again for projects in other roles since this time.

I am a member of a family farm in Croatia, where we grow hazelnut, sunflower, pumpkin, and industrial hemp to make cold-pressed oils.

Since we grow and produce everything on our farm by ourselves, the next step was the sale of our products and putting them on the market. We hired Direct Design to create a web page and online store for our business.

We wanted our customers to see all of our products in one place and be able to buy them online. We expected an improvement in sales and search ranking as we introduced and educated consumers about the benefits of our products.
