Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the digital marketing manager at ACG World.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bigtrunk Communications Pvt Ltd?
We needed help with digital marketing campaigns.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They help with all digital marketing efforts like running Google Ad campaigns and third-party campaigns for lead generation. They also do creatives globally. They’ve run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, remarketing campaigns, and SEO campaigns.
In terms of design, they’ve helped with campaign banners, Google Ads campaign banners, and display marketing ads.
When we want to launch a new campaign, we give them a brief about the campaign, budget, requirement, and our target audience. They come up with a campaign plan of which platforms we need to use. Accordingly, they design a landing page, and we give them creatives and ad copies. After that, they launch the campaign for us.

There’s one account manager and 4–5 other people.
How did you come to work with Bigtrunk Communications Pvt Ltd?
They were referred to me in the past and had helped with Google Ads and social media management for an e-commerce platform where I was head of digital marketing.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested between $10,000–$49,999.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2017, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Over time, they’ve done more than 60 campaigns. We do lead gen campaigns every year. They always exceed those numbers they promise. There’s a conversion of around 23%. The lead conversion around unqualified leads to prequalified leads is about 20%.
Prequalified leads to opportunities is set around 5–7%. I found them to be very supportive, flexible, and approachable. They make suggestions on what will work and won’t work.
How did Bigtrunk Communications Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?
Their team is always helpful. If my team is immensely loaded with work and we don’t have time to do creative stuff, they’ve helped us with that as well.
They meet their deadlines most of the time. They even work on weekends if it’s required. We primarily communicate through email and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re quick to respond. Their team is very accommodating, willing to work on things out of scope as well. They go above and beyond to provide what we want and to meet the deadlines.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing I’d have them improve. They were good the majority of the time.
