The project encompassed a comprehensive approach tailored to the faucet manufacturing business. They begun by conducting a thorough analysis of the our requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the products, target audience, and brand identity. 
The scope included designing an intuitive and visually appealing website that showcases the diverse range of faucets with high-quality images and detailed product descriptions. The development phase involved creating a user-friendly interface and optimizing the site for search engines. Ongoing maintenance and support is also provided to ensure the website remains up-to-date and responsive to evolving business needs.

our sales increased due to the new morden website ,which was the main objective of the project.

The project finshed ealier than the expected deadline. We were always kept up to date regarding every step being taken and the team was always quick to response regarding any querries we had.

I’m the head of business operations at The Savage Humans, a digital marketing startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with IM Designs?

We have business all around the globe, and we had a client that wanted something fresh and different. We needed help with getting lead generation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In the beginning, we gave them a brief about the client, and they came up with an excellent pitch deck that had the freshness that we were looking for. They understood the vision we had in our mind and even asked for what exactly the client wanted. They mixed and matched both visions to come up with something fresh. We’ve been working on a retainer with them to this day.

Moreover, they’ve done our brand identity that includes a logo design which I love.

I’m in contact with the co-founder who is also the lead project manager.

The pitch deck they created converted leads for our clients, which was really good. If we have something urgent, they take up the challenge and come up with the designs.

Project management is really good. They communicate really well and they kept us in the loop with everything. We use phone calls and email to communicate.

Go ahead and share your vision with them for the design you want and pour your heart out to them. They’ll come up with something really great. Trust their vision, design ideas, and you’ll be in good hands.

I’m the co-founder of Bittus Bakes, a bakery startup. Most vegans still like desserts, cakes, and pastries, but what is on the market doesn’t taste great. We want to make tasty desserts without eggs or synthetic materials.

What challenge were you trying to address with IM Designs?

When we were about to launch, we were looking for an agency to help us develop a brand identity, logo, collateral materials, and social media graphics.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the beginning of the project, we gave them a brief that provided details about our product, our vision, and what we want to represent. From there, they created a logo, brand identity, and collateral. They’ve designed all of our graphics for our marketing materials, such as brochures and branding material.

When we were about to launch, they developed basic packaging. That gave us the confidence to go for customized packaging.

Now we’re planning to launch our own website portal and IM Designs is leading the UI/UX design. Once that phase is complete, they’ll start the development.

We’re in contact with the co-founder and the project manager, and they relay our messages to the rest of the team.

We received portfolios from different agencies. We received a really good portfolio from IM Designs, so we decided to work with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We are very satisfied with their work. We just have to share our requirements and they take care of the rest. Most of the time they deliver exactly what we want, but every once in a while, we ask them to change something.  

So far, they’ve given us the kind of collateral we were looking for. It represents our business perfectly. For example, we launched holiday gift boxes and we received more orders than our plain boxes. It was clear that people really liked the gift boxes. They were a hit for the season.

How did IM Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

Once we provide them the brief, we don’t have to keep following up. Once the work is done, they come to us and ask for our feedback. When we need something completed urgently, they work quickly and they deliver on time. We communicate through email, calls, and WhatsApp. We’re in the same city and can meet face-to-face in their office for a brief discussion.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been impressed by their design skills. The quality of their work is amazing. I was wowed by the final packaging design.

No, they are great to work with.

We wanted to teach the people of Finland about AI and its future in a fun and easy way to learn. This was done by building an escape room inside a truck with riddles related to AI.

We were a team of international students and teachers, include a project manager, marketing manager and design manager. There was also a technical team for the project

Great reception of the creatives and positive feedbacks. Many of our customers appreciated our way of showing/ conveying things creatively and credit goes to IM Designs.

They were very responsive and professional.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Capacity to take raw data and come up with a creative concept. Presenting the ideas in the best and easiest way possible.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were very satisfied with all the graphics. There was just 1 poster which we felt could have been a bit more polished. However, to be fair that was the last minute call we were giving a very tight deadline.
