Our French company provides hotels, bars and restaurant an ordering system. Customers can order their food/drink from their smartphone. I am sales manager of the company, and I manage the brand identity of our start-up.

Have a brand identy which helpt us to bring confidence to customers and futur customers.

From a platforme called Upwork, this vendor had a good portfolio and speak french. As well the cost were attractive

The project was a long term collaboration, main tasks were :
design a new website
design flyers
design a full stand decoration for a business meeting
design multiple add for social networks
What was the team composition?
I always had one interlocutor, wich was really easy for communication.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It is a early to give any data to demonstrate the success. However, all our customers feedback are unanimous, new brand identity is great. As well we have more incoming customers from our website, but we did not calculate the increasing rate yet.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very easy to communicate, even with the jet lag. Linda, my main interlocutor was very available to answer my question. And the delivery were always on time
