I am General Director of a branch of Japanese telecom company. This time I was appointed to establish branding of new service.

It was very limited time to prepare. In normally, it takes 6 months to establish the whole branding from its scratch. But we just have 3 months to go. Pham Dtran can adapt their resource to our situation to keep the schedule.

Pham Dtran implemented all branding matters from scratch. Consulting to the basic idea and marketing purpose, creating a lot of brand directions, branding guidelines to help us keeping the brand consistency, and some branding materials and templates.

The head of Pham Dtran led the project. His communication is always clear to me. Propose clearly, and discuss closely.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We satisfied the whole deliverables. They are always close to us to realize our will and success. They are very careful to listen to the customer's idea and opinions.

The timeline was managed by account. It is very clear at any phase. we used conference call, emails, and short phone call to minimize the gaps between us. It is not too much or less, appropriate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their typography was impressive. Actually, I loved Pham dtran's typography a lot.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is still space to improve for PPT Template and Brochure/leaflet design template.

Grandeur Palace - Giang Vo is a project combine of Luxury 22th floors apartment building and private villas in one of the most busiest street in the center of Hanoi Capital

We were implementing the marketing plan for the project with the aim of improving the brand identity through various marketing channels. In order to do that, a key visual and the banner represent the whole brand is vital and we have chosen PhamDtran as out partner on to develop these products.

What were your goals for this project?

To ensure the luxury and message of the marketing strategy for Grandeur Palace - Giang Vo is expressed right through all marketing channels using the key visual and poster/banner used to promote the project. Creating a different and distinctive image compare to other projects.

we has worked together through several big projects in real estate fields and PhamDtran always brought out the final result/product that we expected.

Base on brand identity, brand message to create a key visual represent the brand Grandeur Palace - Giang Vo then from that develop a series of key banners to promote the brand through various marketing channel: online banner, social media, OOH,...

Also in phase 2 of the project, PhamDtran took care of our branding photoshoot at the site of the project when it is finished, the images from photoshoots is use to make the key banner of phase 2

What was the team composition?

I worked with the director of the firm, we connect and exchange information, idea constantly to ensure the understanding between us, with the goal to create the most successful product which maintain the luxury and distinctive identity of the brand

The key visual marks the different and real luxury of the brand compare to any other luxury projects at the time

It was smooth and we have no problem during the project.

Might be the communication technique but overall we have both connected well

I'm CEO and founder of a hiring platform for the hospitality industry.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with pham dtran?

We wanted to develop a brand that was authentic and resonated with the industry. We hoped to disrupt behavioral patterns and develop a navigational system that helped individuals find jobs more easily.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They integrated the branded experience into the navigation, so users are immersed in our brand as soon as they enter the website. They completely designed the whole site, which was built using JavaScript and Ember, and they stayed with us for years through several redesigns. They managed a lot of our advertising, our point of sale materials, our logo, and our tradeshow booths.

What is the team composition?

I had one main point of contact who became a personal friend.

How did you come to work with pham dtran?

I have a long relationship with one of their leads. They helped with a rebranding project at my previous company, and I was aware of how they worked.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on this project between January 2011-June 2015. Their business moved to Vietnam in 2015, but we're still implementing a lot of the work they did for us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within our niche, we're the number one site by traffic at a national level. We're a leader in our market segment, and we get a lot of compliments from our peers.

How did pham dtran perform from a project management standpoint?

They're fast, efficient, and they cut through all the nonsense. We had a wonderful working relationship with them. Most of our communication was through email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were exceptionally clear thinkers, and they had good suggestions for communication design.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We wish they were back in our time zone. Other than that, I don't have any recommendations for improvements.
