I’m the head of brand and content for a product performance management platform. We’re in the Internet, technology, and retail sectors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adchitects?

We’d gone through several shifts and pivots with our company over the past few years. We finally nailed down our narrative and vision, so we wanted a new homepage to reflect that. Moreover, our focus was on telling our brand story successfully and ensuring that our product was understandable through the site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Adchitects went through our site and did a basic analysis to see what they could do to help us stay on brand. They looked through the homepage and suggested different formats and color options. We went through them with Adchitects, and they took our suggestions into account. Then, they put together mock-ups. After we went over them, Adchitects finally coded the site and put it into our control.

They built the homepage from scratch and mainly worked through HubSpot. Additionally, Adchitects worked with our designer and did some of the design work using Figma.

We spoke with developers and designers, but our main point of contact was Anna (Project Manager).

I searched on Google for top agencies and found Adchitects through Clutch.

We spent roughly $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2022. They finished the homepage in January 2023, and we occasionally work with them for small updates in a freelance capacity.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still in the process of figuring out their impact, we don’t have anything to share so far. However, Adchitects was great to work with. We really appreciated how quickly they put our requests into action. Also, they advised us on what would work best and came up with cool solutions for our different problems.

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

They were responsive, and the team delivered on time and within budget. We mostly communicated through emails, but they used ClickUp for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with how flexible and adaptable they were. Whatever problem we had, Adchitects was able to shift quickly into something else to put together a good product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

My team had trouble working with ClickUp. We started using it better at the end of the engagement, but it was the most confusing part of the process.

Adchitects is a strong choice. They have a comprehensive way of putting together web projects from the early ideation to the actual deployment.

I’m a department head for a cryptocurrency trading firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adchitects?

We had a logo but not much more in terms of the marketing visibility side. Since I joined the company, I have been working on building the brand and visibility and all our social media channels.

Additionally, a website was a very important representation of our company, almost like a business card. Our goal in hiring Adchitects was to help us with web development, brand identity, and partly brand building.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adchitects has provided us with branding and web development services. We already had a logo we’d chosen through a long process, and the team chose our font and color scheme. Our vision for the brand was to be modern and minimalistic. We gave them guidelines and input about our values and the style we wanted. I did research and gave them many examples and benchmarks. They’ve put together our style and design and built our brand identity. 

Additionally, Adchitects has designed and built our website from scratch on WordPress. The site’s purpose was to be informative and serve as a lead-generation tool. The Adchitects team has added an ‘about us’ page, a career section, and a blog that explains more about what we do and other relevant company information. They’ve also helped us implement 3D elements and SEO on the site. 

Currently, they’re working on other projects. The team will provide maintenance and hosting for the site as well.

We work with a project manager who is our main point of contact. In addition, we’ve worked with 3–4 designers, including Karolina (UI/UX Designer & Team Mentor)

How did you come to work with Adchitects?

We found them because one of my colleagues had prior experience working with Adchitects and knew the founder through networking. He had some great feedback about them, and since they were also rated well on Clutch, we decided to go ahead with them.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent between $50,000–$100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in August 2021, and they finished the website in August 2022. Ours is an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Adchitects’ design, we’ve had good traffic on our website. Our previous site wasn’t ranking for keywords, while the new one is, which we can attribute to the team’s work; we’re currently ranking in the top five results. Their work has also contributed to our conversion rate. 

Although comparing before and after is challenging, we’re satisfied with the work Adchitects has delivered and their design. They’ve been very adaptive and able to implement what we wanted.

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

The project timelines changed due to a change of requirements on our end when we decided to implement 3D elements and elements like that. We use ClickUp for project management and email and Zoom for communication.

At one point, we had to switch one designer who wasn’t hitting the mark, and Adchitects introduced a more senior designer. The process has been smoother since then, and we get what we want.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Adchitects’ project management. Our project manager is great, and everything is always on point. Regarding design, Karolina is capable of coming up with great ideas. From a development perspective, the team is also very capable; they’ve been able to implement whatever we’ve asked them for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had one designer on board that wasn’t performing as well as we had hoped, but Adchitects switched them with another one, and things improved after that. Overall, I’m very happy with the results of our collaboration, and I would choose to work with them again.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Your engagement will depend on what you’re trying to do and how straightforward the project is. We wanted to create a very innovative brand that was different from others. Even though Adchitects had done many unique designs and projects for others, our project was a bit different because we had a more complicated process. I advise giving them as much input as possible and allowing them to come up with great ideas because they are also good with discovery.

I’m the founder and CEO of a trading platform for housing values that allows homeowners to register their houses and sell off shares of the property’s values. On the other end of the platform, investors can invest in individual properties or portfolios of properties.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adchitects?

We needed to set up a professional website where early adopters and interested potential clients could read information about what we were trying to do and register for a waitlist to use our service in the future.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adchitects helped us create an informational website for our company. They also integrated a quiz form so that we could get to know the potential user a little better and understand what they were interested in so that we could tailor our product better to their individual needs.

We already had a website when Adchitects joined, so they looked at it to grasp what we were trying to accomplish. From there, they created a WordPress website with a headless CMS. They used React and Next.js for the frontend and integrated the site with Airtable to store user data.

What is the team composition?

I was originally in contact with Kuba (CEO & Founder), who captured our early requirements. From there, talked to a project manager from Adchitects, who stuck with us for the entire project. We also worked with a designer, who designed the site and our logo, and a couple of developers.

How did you come to work with Adchitects?

I had been in contact with Adchitects before, but we hadn’t worked together. Still, I had a very good impression of them from the first time we met, so I contacted them again for this project.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around €30,000 (approximately $31,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April–September 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our original goal for this project was to have a professional website we could be proud of so that we could increase our visibility, attract users, and capture those users. So far, the website delivered by Adchitects has helped us achieve that goal; it is working very well for our purposes. We’ve also been using a marketing agency to attract more people to the site, and after all that user traffic, the site has been working as intended.

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

Adchitects was very professional, friendly, and forthcoming regarding project management. They had some issues regarding meeting deadlines, but I didn’t expect them to meet them either because I noticed that they provided me with a very optimistic timeline. Additionally, I prefer quality over speed, so I was still very satisfied with the project. They used ClickUp for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Adchitects' approach was very professional, and the quotes they sent were clear and descriptive. Additionally, they were very serious about their design capabilities, presenting various options for design guidelines, colors, logos, and fonts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Adchitects improved their time management. We had a few instances where corrections took longer than expected. Occasionally, I pointed out an issue, they came back to me saying that it had been fixed, and I quickly realized that it hadn’t. Thus, we ended up going back and forth a few times on those issues. In the end, everything was solved, so I was still very happy.

I’m the CEO of Seneca, an e-commerce company. We’re a menswear brand, and we manufacture and distribute our clothing.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adchitects?

Our website was up and running, but we wanted to lift conversion. It required a redesign of the frontend’s key components, such as the home page, the PDP to start, navigation, and listing, and a backend cleanup to increase speed.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a strong point of view on the general design direction of the page, so we did a mock-up. We thought it would be a great way to scope the project so they could have a clear idea of what we wanted to execute. Then, Adchitects took the mock-up, and we worked with their designers and UI people to evaluate it and figure out the parts that did and didn’t work. They modified the initial mock-up and executed it again on the front and backend.

What is the team composition?

We worked with five people in total. Our project manager was our main point of contact, and we spoke with the head of the agency on our onboarding call. Also, we had a lead developer and 2–3 designers and UI people involved in the frontend and evaluation phase.

How did you come to work with Adchitects?

I found them through a mix of Clutch and other sites. They had favorable reviews, and I checked out their prior work. Also, I knew a couple of brands they’d worked with, so familiarity was very positive.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $20,000–$30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from January–April 2022. However, we’ve decided to continue working with them; the scope is now focused on maintenance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's been about a month, and we’ve already more than doubled our conversion — that's the most direct metric of our success. Moreover, it was exactly what we set out to do with this project.

We used most of the elements from our mock-up, but there were 1–2 areas that we didn’t know how to express. We worked with them to translate our thoughts into the mock-up, and we went through a couple of rounds of feedback to revise them until we were happy.  They were super amenable to the entire process, and the team came up with quality work. 

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

It was awesome. They delivered on time and were communicative with the milestones. Overall, they tracked things closely and were highly responsive. We primarily used ClickUp for project management and Envision for mock-up reviews.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Project management was one of their main strengths, and their attention to detail when it came to QC was also outstanding. Finally, the quality of their design and implementation was high. They pulled it off without too many bugs or issues.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Initially, there was a bit of uncertainty about the tracking of time and scope with some of the backend functionality. However, we delivered that feedback two weeks into it, and they corrected the course very quickly, which was quite positive.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear on your scope and what you’re trying to achieve. Also, you’ll have to prioritize what’s vital and what’s nice to have.

I’m the CMO at Pathlock, a B2B company. We sell access orchestration solutions for the global 2,000, helping the world’s largest business secure their applications — specifically what key members can do within them.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Adchitects?

Initially, my boss was looking for a modular approach to managing and developing the website. We wanted to modernize our website, so the project was centered around web development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adchitects created a solid design system that we could leverage to build new capabilities without going back to a development resource. Basically, they built all the Lego blocks possible so we could assemble them after that. The team used a lot of design elements, including the Gutenberg editor within WordPress.

What is the team composition?

We were in contact with many people at Adchitects because we had different resources for different parts of the project. In total, we probably worked with seven people from their team, and Maurycy (Project Manager) supported us on a daily basis.

How did you come to work with Adchitects?

I don’t know how they found them; I joined the project in the latter quarter of its completion.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $35,000–$45,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–December 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website is far more streamlined now, and it has compelling and elegant design elements. We had a pretty modern website before, but this one represents our market better. Also, it falls more closely with our corporate identity.

We did a grand reveal before the Christmas break, and our employees loved it. All the internal feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Moreover, our data so far suggests that our visitors enjoy navigating through this site more than the previous one, which probably has to do with the information architecture and smart design. In general, we’re expecting great things from it.

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

This was probably the most well-managed project I’ve been a part of. Their sprint approach was incredibly detail-oriented, and we’ll actually borrow some aspects of their project management to run our marketing. Overall, they knew how to run a tight ship — their control was impressive, even bordering on mechanical. They figured out how to squeeze every ounce of productivity and capability out of ClickUp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their responsiveness, communication, and delivery were excellent; ClickUp was just a conveyor for that. Their DNA was using technology to be responsive and ensure there weren’t loose ends. Overall, that was the most impressive aspect and the thing I took from them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They were in Poland, so sometimes it was a bit hard to get a couple of hours with them in the afternoon, but we knew that when we hired them. However, it was a great experience overall.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be specific about what you’re looking for; they’re great about details and specificity. Also, lean into their delivery model and sprints. It’ll be easier.

I’m a member of the communication committee at the International Pediatric Nephrology Association, which is an organization that promotes pediatric nephrology services and education internationally.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Adchitects?

Our previous website was disorganized, and some of the modules that were used were outdated, not completely functional, and created problems with how the site behaved. The content was very text-heavy and position-focused, which made the site hard to navigate.

We needed someone who could redevelop and upgrade our existing website. We also wanted to improve our messaging and reach a broader audience by making the site more accessible to the general public.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Adchitects to address the issues with our site’s user experience and user interface and to clarify our messaging.

We started the project with some preliminary work, which involved having some discussions about what the development process would look like. After that, we had a workshop where we expressed the vision, mission, and purpose of the website.

Adchitects migrated the website from a conference management organization’s server to a commercial hosting server. They integrated Gutenberg into the site, which made for a very user-friendly UI and helped us with content updates. 

Aside from that, they also improved the site’s security and implemented up-to-date modules. 

Once we finished the site’s development, we published it in a strategic way — we launched the site quietly so we could test it and fix the bugs that came up. Once we made sure that everything was working the way we wanted, we made an announcement about the new website.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Maurycy (Project Manager) and 2–3 developers who worked simultaneously on the website.

How did you come to work with Adchitects?

We asked a marketing firm, which we were also working with at the time, to help us find a web development company for this project. They looked internationally and ended up shortlisting five development firms. We ultimately went with Adchitects because they were the most economical choice and they seemed to be very competent in developing clean and well-organized user interfaces.

How much have you invested with them?

We worked together on this project from June 2021–December 2021.

What is the status of this engagement?

We spent somewhere between $30,000–$50,000.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had really positive feedback from the members of our organization. We’ve incorporated a pop-up survey to obtain feedback for the site, and over 80% of the respondents said that they were happy with the site’s content and with how it feels and looks.

Aside from that, the new website really helped with the two main issues that our organization struggled with: document version control and managing its interactions with its members. Before, we used to store documents in multiple places. Now, users can access documents easily through our website — we can now sort and filter our documents to find the information we need very quickly, whether it’s prior educational materials or restricted materials such as council minutes.

Application forms for teaching courses and awards have also been digitized and turned into electronic submissions, making it easier for us to collate information from applications because we can now just pull those from the backend.

The other collateral benefit of this engagement is that the website now looks much more professional. Adchitects did a really great job in implementing a visually appealing color palette and addressing the issues with the site’s readability.

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

Adchitects performed really well in terms of project management. They delivered the website after a week of the established deadline, and the only reason that it was delayed was because of the additional changes that we requested for the site.

They used Miro to collaborate and share the actual wireframe with us along with their comments. They also used a communication tool to ask questions, provide updates, and to monitor the pieces of the project that were already completed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I found Adchitects’ ability to suggest great solutions to some of our problems, particularly with data representation, to be really impressive. They’ve really given us some ideas about things that we would never have thought of ourselves and provided us with interfaces that help us maintain the website easily. They’ve really made our jobs a lot easier.

Another thing that really impressed me was that they seemed to understand design and user experience really well, and they were not afraid to push back at the ideas that we had or things we appeared to be very anchored with in terms of what we wanted on the site. They came up with a lot of alternate suggestions and improvements that helped us think differently about our data presentation.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our experience with Adchitects was really positive, and I’m really happy with the work that they’ve done. The only thing that I think they could have done better was providing an accurate budget estimation. As Adchitects started to understand the complexity of the project, the costs and the time commitment for specific areas started to increase as well. I think that if they had spent more time on the frontend understanding the complexity of our processes, there would have been fewer instances of requests for additional hours.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to really understand what you want to accomplish and what your goals are for the project. Once you’re clear on that, then you just need to trust the process. Adchitects really knows what they’re doing, and they definitely are able to translate your goals into a beautiful, well-functioning website.

I’m the director of media and programming at The Explorers Club, a member club in New York City founded in 1904. We’re a society of explorers who climb the tallest mountains in the world and dive into the deepest trenches in the ocean. A world-famous group of explorers and scientists, our members include the most familiar household names in the world of exploration. We have 37 chapters all over the world that do various projects, such as grants and events. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Adchitects? 

Our old website was from 1904, and there was no clarity and organization in it in terms of finding key information. As a result, we needed Adchitects’ help to redesign the website. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adchitects redesigned our website’s UI/UX to allow end users to find key information more easily. They also helped us build a members' login portal, which gave our members access to the club’s services. Previously, everything was done either by phone or going to the headquarters. They developed everything on the WordPress platform and helped us with a few plug-ins, especially around backend features on the members' login page. We told them what we were trying to do, and they looked at the WordPress marketplace to find plug-ins that would work well on the website. 

Moreover, Adchitects has done plenty of custom APIs for us. For one, we’ve had to integrate the Salesforce accounting software with our website in a custom format. This API works with our payment portal on the members' login portal.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with Maurycy (Project Manager) and Kuba (CEO & Co-Founder), who’s taken our initial calls and explained everything. I’ve also collaborated recently with Aleksander (Project Manager), although I haven’t worked with him so much. Robert (Lead Web Developer) works as the programmer, and he’s handled the Salesforce integration task. Karolina (UI Designer) serves as the artist. 

How did you come to work with Adchitects?

Initially, we received referrals from New York City firms. The hourly rates in the city were exorbitant, so we carried great pressure in terms of costs — a classic nonprofit organization issue. Given that, one of our board members and I canvassed a bunch of firms from a few other countries. That project lead had a lot of experience working with Eastern European firms for his private enterprise. 

We checked a few ratings websites — Clutch being one of them — and looked at firms with a good reputation within a price point that we could handle. We interviewed 3–4 firms, and Adchitects stood out immediately. When we talked to Kuba, it became clear that they were our best option. Their English was also good, so it was easy for us to communicate with them. Moreover, their presentation was buttoned up, and their references were great. Overall, it was a no-brainer; they were better than their competitors, so we hired them.

We invested between $50,000–$70,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in September 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. The site’s already launched, but we’re still wrapping up a few features.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our website traffic is up 30%–40%, and sales in our store have gone up, too. There’s a lot of raw viewer data, and the feedback from our corporate partners has been great. We’ve brought our brand to the 21st century, and our partners are now proud to align with us digitally — they’re happy with how everything looks. 

On top of that, the number of members using the website has increased dramatically. They can now access a whole bunch of features without having to talk to anyone. This has been positively received by our members. In relation to that, the labor on our staff has gone down quite a bit. That’s because people are getting what they need from the site more easily. 

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

Adchitects’ project management is great. They get back to us quickly even though we sometimes can’t get back to them immediately. They would’ve knocked the project out a lot faster if we hadn't been a stop-start client. 

Karolina is great, and she always makes beautiful things. When we have some brutalist feedback, she always rolls with it even though we’re butchering her beautiful creations. Meanwhile, we call Robert our “brain man” because he’s smart; for instance, he wasn’t familiar with Salesforce when we first worked on the project, but he picked it up easily and created a custom API for us. 

For tools, they use ClickUp, which I find truly intuitive and easy to use. Maurycy is on the ball, and he constantly updates us about their progress; he’s always straightforward and communicates clearly — I can’t speak highly enough of his professionalism. 

In fact, the biggest issue for project management has been getting responses from me. Fortunately, Maurycy takes my emails and turns them into cards on ClickUp, and it’s been good. He’s worked within the structure of how we give feedback, and he rolls with it even though it’s not perfect. Because of his work, we can easily track the history of our project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s not easy working with a client who’s not paying top-dollar. Adchitects has private clients that are doing more than we do, but they always respond to me quickly. They always organize everything in a professional way, and they never gouge us or try to make more money off of us. Simply put, we aren’t treated like a second-class client — that’s impressive. We’re treated like their other clients, and they take care of us well. We’re truly happy about that. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can do more QA tests at the end. It’s better if they can go back and double-check the quality of the website. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Follow Adchitects’ lead. They have a strong project manager, and you’ll find great success when you follow their project management structure. Use ClickUp and check it regularly. They work comfortably using this project management software, so things are done faster.

Adchitects built our WordPress website from scratch. They organized, designed, and developed it. We had an onboarding session and a discovery workshop before finalizing all the documentation on their side. Then, the team worked on development along with the workflow. They did a lot of branding work as well.

We worked with five people. The team included the project manager, two people on design, one person on development, and someone who initially helped us with planning.

We especially liked the payment terms. Whenever they finished a task, they’d send an invoice.

They were very well-organized. They used different systems to track all the tasks, including ClickUp to keep track of the whole project. They worked within budget, and there weren’t any delays.

We used email, and they communicated every step of the way. Everything was updated at all times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They delivered what they promised. Everything was on track, on time, and on budget. Adchitects had a great development and design team.

We didn’t have anything for them to improve; we were happy with their work.

You have to be a bit tech-savvy to follow up on the progress through the project management software. However, we definitely recommend working with them.

I’m the founder of Speaktacular, a social media platform that is designed for women and their well-being. Women are encouraged to join the platform and share their emotions anonymously. All women have the option to discuss their thoughts or comment on each other’s thoughts.

Adchitects helped us build and design our platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We first discussed my ideas regarding the website through a PowerPoint presentation. We also had a call with Kuba (CEO & Founder) and his team and they helped us navigate what we wanted to achieve. After that, they gave me a questionnaire to identify the other details of the project such as the target market of the platform, how we identified our target audience, and more. 

On top of developing our platform, they provided branding services. Then, for their design services, they used InVision. We recently launched our website, but we would collaborate with Adchitects again for some revisions we want them to apply.

We worked with Kuba, Tobiasz (Project Manager), two designers, and one developer.

How did you come to work with Adchitects?

Adchitects was my first choice, but I also reached out to other potential companies. I was based in Switzerland, but I connected with companies in the US, India, and Poland. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Adchitects understood what we wanted to achieve. We also appreciated that they utilized InVision because we were able to easily comment on their design work. More importantly, our external stakeholders were impressed with the site’s aesthetics and navigation. Other people also told us that our platform's setup was really for women.

How did Adchitects perform from a project management standpoint?

They had a well-structured process, and they were very responsive. We only had to wait for a maximum of two days before they got back to us. They also used a project management tool where we saw the project’s timeline and tasks.

In addition, even though I had a lot of questions during the engagement, they answered them one by one. The Adchitects team was very professional and quick. Overall, they were super attentive and they were always prepared with their feedback.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Whenever I saw something that didn’t go in the direction I wanted to, I immediately reached out to them and discussed how changes could be made. However, they had proven me wrong repeatedly because they came up with more effective solutions on how we could navigate the project. 

The team also had very unique ideas, and they knew what they were doing. As a result, they confidently provided solutions that were in line with the project we agreed upon. They were also friendly, and we had no problem with communicating — we had a super positive experience with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We only had one incident where I almost lost my patience because I had to insist on my idea regarding the site’s homepage. I emphasized to them that they shouldn’t fight me on that anymore because I was confident that my idea was better than the solution they suggested. In the end, they immediately implemented my request.

I’m the COO of a project management education institution. We have websites where people can do accounting training or marketing education. Our objective is to try and become more mainstream and not just domestic.

I wanted to work with a web agency that could do good design in a timely manner. The timeline was really important for us as well as the quality communication, so we hired Adchitects.

We gave Adchitects our old brand and e-commerce website for them to modernize as part of our strategy. We told them what pages we needed them to work on and handed them the content as well as photos that we had done ourselves. Adchitects updated the design of the pages along with the wireframes and the UI/UX.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's still quite early to see any success metrics, but those will definitely show once we launch into the market. A lot of it will come from the SEO work that we ourselves are going to be putting in. I’m quite happy with everything, though. It wasn't an easy project considering that it was a big website and had a number of pages that needed to be designed and developed.

Adchitects did quite well in terms of managing the project. The project manager was very diligent and responsive. We used ClickUp as our project management software.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their project management was the most impressive part of their service. They got the job done on time and at a good speed compared to how long other agencies would’ve taken. The design and development work was all good.

There’s not much I can say in this aspect.
