MUSEO DE LA RADIO
Brand Strategy
Brand Identity
July 2019
The Radio Museum is a forum for the diffusion and promotion of the radio in Mexico City. A public space intervened with technology and memorabilia.
To create its identity we took the basic idea of the device:
The Radio is a transmitter of energy that travels in waves until it finds a receiver. These waves can take different forms according to frequency, speed and length.
These waves become the letter "M" of the word museum and the three interlaced represent the parts that give life to it: the radio, the audience and the place itself.

Branding & Packaging Design for Kids' Clean Cosmetics Co
“I really can’t say enough good things about their work.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a kids’ clean cosmetics company. We’re launching the company with a makeup kit for young girls and will later expand to other personal care products.
What challenge were you trying to address with Estudio Albino?
I needed a partner to help me develop my brand identity and the overall look of my brand.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Estudio Albino has developed my brand identity and the packaging experience for my customers. Early on, we had a discovery phase for them to understand my brand and long-term vision. They've delivered a comprehensive branding package that includes a logo, color scheme, look, brand guidelines, and brand manifesto. They've also designed my product's entire unboxing experience, including the box design.
Currently, the team has finished the branding package, and we're manufacturing the product. Estudio Albino is helping me ensure the manufacturers work according to the creative aspects outlined by them. For the next phase of our engagement, they'll work on my website's design and product and lifestyle pictures.
What is the team composition?
My main contact is Miriam (Partner), and I also work with Roberto (Founder & Creative Director).
How did you come to work with Estudio Albino?
While spending time on Behance, I found Estudio Albino and fell in love with their work. I reached out to them and told them what my company was about, and the team made a proposal. Ever since I found them, I knew I wanted to work with them because I loved their portfolio, their overall style, and the fact that their work was very diverse. From the start, I could tell they'd get my vision and help me bring it to life.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with them in February 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Estudio Albino has exceeded my expectations. Many companies do convoluted design work when targeting kids. I wanted to differentiate my brand from that bunch. Even though it's a product for kids, I wanted it to have a prestige image. Their work has been outstanding from the beginning, and the result is a playful yet sophisticated product for kids — I can't wait to bring it to consumers!
During the discovery phase, they went beyond my mood board and deep into my long-term goals for the brand. They really wanted to understand what my brand was all about. They challenged me to think more thoroughly about my business, and in the process, I became much clearer about my brand vision. After this exercise, they were skillfully able to get what was once just my thoughts and put them into the most perfect way, creatively. Their work is unbelievable; when first saw the brand manifesto, I was speechless, and it brought me to happy tears. I really can't say enough good things about their work.
They're also supportive partners. They continue to support me during the manufacturing process to ensure the execution complies with their vision. Overall, I'm happy with them. They understand my brand so well that I wouldn't even consider hiring someone else moving forward. The work that they've done has been exactly what I wanted. I see Estudio Albino as an extension of my company; I consider them a creative partner that can help me achieve my vision as my company grows.
How did Estudio Albino perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is on point. They gave me a project timeline as part of their initial proposal, and they've delivered everything within that timeline. Even though there have been some delays due to my engagement with manufacturers, they've delivered their pieces on time.
As for communication, Estudio Albino is great at replying on time; I've never been lost in limbo without being able to reach them. They're always accessible, just an email or a chat away.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I'm impressed by how Estudio Albino goes above and beyond what I would expect from a vendor. They helped me from the beginning when they provided me feedback on my brand name options, even though it wasn't part of the project, then during the deep dive into my brand to clarify everything.
The brand definition has been the biggest chunk of the engagement, and it was good for me to go through that process. Right now, as I'm dealing with hiccups with manufacturers, I reach out to them, and they're always there for whatever I need to ensure our brand vision is executed as expected.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything they need to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You should understand your brand's vision and define your creative likes and dislikes. Estudio Albino will get you closer to your ideal vision, but it would be great to have something to start with.

Branding, Packaging & Web Design for Skincare Company
“Estudio Albino has always delivered exceptional designs.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a skincare company that develops skincare products for those with eczema and other chronic conditions.
What challenge were you trying to address with Estudio Albino?
We brought on Estudio Albino for design work.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Estudio Albino provides us with design work — they’ve done website and graphic design. Estudio Albino uses Adobe tools for their design, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
They’ve helped us develop our brand identity from scratch; they’ve developed our logo. Their team has also created labels and packaging for our products. Whenever we have new products, Estudio Albino designs the labels and packaging for them.
Outside of graphic design, Estudio Albino has provided us with photography services. They’ve organized photo shoots and hired models to showcase our products. We’ve used those photos as visual resources — Estudio Albino is also using them to create our store display.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with Miriam (Partner), Ricardo (Founder & Creative Director), and a few other teammates.
How did you come to work with Estudio Albino?
We found Estudio Albino online and liked their work. After an initial call with them and getting quotes, we hired them.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement began in October 2021, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We began our engagement with Estudio Albino at the very beginning of our company — our first sales were made using Estudio Albino’s designs. I can’t say exactly how much Estudio Albino’s designs have contributed to our marketing, but I am very satisfied with them. Everything from Estudio Albino is exceptional, and we’re happy with the quality of their deliverables.
How did Estudio Albino perform from a project management standpoint?
Miriam manages the whole project. At each stage of the project, we have a discussion with Estudio Albino about the project plan. None of our projects have exceeded their budget, and if we’ve ever needed to increase the budget, we discuss it with Estudio Albino.
Miriam is very responsive — we communicate through emails and WhatsApp messages.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Estudio Albino has consistently delivered exceptional designs. The photo shoot they put together exceeded our expectations. They managed the entire photo shoot really well, organizing and preparing props and making nice photo compositions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s very easy to work with Estudio Albino. I think anyone who works with them will get good quality work. We haven’t had any problems with them, so I don’t have any specific advice.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the founder of Goldenberry Farms, a global grower, exporter, and distributor of fresh produce
For what projects/services did your company hire Estudio Albino?
We did a search for a small, talented agency who could spearhead the job of creating a brand at all touchpoints during the critical startup phase, where some change and on the go adjustments would be necessary as the company developed.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The team was quite talented and has a diverse background in technical and design respect. They were /are very easy to work with and have always performed ahead of schedule.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The project included all aspects of brand development, concepting, packaging, signs, digital elements, logo, website, and more
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In total, we have worked with 5 members of the team, but Miriam has been the account lead, which has worked out great.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We had the challenge of creating a brand which spoke to a very diverse global audience, each market with a distinct preference to packaging and promotion - the real challenge was to create a brand which clients could connect with, regardless of language, background, or location.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had an ongoing series of projects over many months - and always conducted meetings via Zoom as needed for progress or check in. Communication was great.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I think the team really has a great background, having worked at large agencies or with top global brands, but with the culture of a small creative shop. As a client, I think that is the best of both worlds.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Their knowledge of the Klavyio platform was definitely at an expert level.
We were very happy with the way things progressed, and the team was always fair and patient.

Rebranding & Content Marketing for Manufacturing Firm
"They were able to understand a complex and nuanced business and effectively translate it in a visual way."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and owner of a manufacturing firm based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
What challenge were you trying to address with Estudio Albino?
We were doing a complete rebrand, which included collateral and website re-do. We needed a new brand identity.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Estudio Albino created style guides, logos, banners for our social media, two brand introduction videos, and the creative work for our Odoo website. The site was hosted on Odoo, and their work also included content for it and our social media. Additionally, we did an email campaign with them.
To jumpstart the project, they did some surveys, and we filled that out and provided feedback on mood boards. From that, they narrowed it very quickly and accurately.
What is the team composition?
There were four people involved.
How did you come to work with Estudio Albino?
They were the third agency that we went to; the first two didn’t perform well.
A friend that owns a tequila company here in Mexico referred them. Estudio Albino completed a rebrand for them. I also knew that they’d done work for another manufacturing company, which is not an easy feat, so that’s why we chose them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent something between 60,000–80,000 Mexican pesos (approximately $3,000–$4,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2021, and the main project has wrapped up. We go back to them for online creative pieces to ensure that they conform to the brand identity. Specifically, we just finished a letterhead and some marketing materials for our offline sales force.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We didn’t have much of a presence on social media, and it went up about 120% from zero. Our website traffic also increased by 40%. Moreover, all of my key clients and suppliers were very impressed with our new look. Their feedback was very positive.
How did Estudio Albino perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Notion and Google Workspace, and they adapted to those platforms.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of their work was excellent — it was both original and visually appealing. They were able to understand a complex and nuanced business and effectively translate it in a visual way.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could be a little more advanced in some project management platforms. Many people use different remote working platforms, and some of them are still a bit new for them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Spend the time to put into words the essence of what you do and visually represent your product or service as much as possible. We’re a medium-sized family business, and we’ve been doing it for so long that we sometimes lose perspective that others have no idea of what we’re doing.
Therefore, taking the time to write what you do in layman’s terms with pictures that reflect that is very helpful in getting a quality result.
Estudio Albino has created a playful yet sophisticated band identity and product. Thanks to their work and through discovery, the client has a clearer vision of their brand. They’re timely and responsive, and their willingness to go above and beyond has been key to the project’s success.
