We’ve always had a healthy increase of 10%–15% year over year. Even though we spent most of 2018 developing and testing the website, we still got an increase of 20%. In 2019, we had an increase of 35% compared to the previous year and a 40% in 2020. Lastly, it seems like we’re on track for another 40% in 2021. We’ve felt that our money has been well spent since the website is targeted according to our needs. Moreover, we’re now able to put emphasis on certain products quickly, which has been really beneficial for us.

In 2018 alone, we have seen an ROI that was 3–4 times the initial investment of $105,000 for all of our work with them. Their team is absolutely flawless. They're organized and professional, are excellent in listening to and responding to needs, and deliver consistently in what they have done for us.
