My goal was to have high-quality material to promote myself online.

How did you select Mastic Media?

I worked with Mastic at my previous job. They did digital marketing for a private school and helped us get 66 new customers in a 3 month span.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The project has been on going. It first started with a photo shoot & website creation. They helped us maintain the website. Then we made two high quality professional commercial videos. And Now we are running face book & google ads with them.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with the owner of the company mostly. I have met a few of the employees on a variety of projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At my previous job, we had 66 new customers in a 3 month span. As a realtor, we have received 10 new leads so far and have created a lot of high quality content that is building my brand even more.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly meetings where we go over the status of projects and analytics for how digital marketing campaigns are going.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The vast knowledge of design, digital marketing, & friendless of everyone who works there.

Are there any areas for improvement?

With their vast knowledge of tech systems, sometimes seeing the status of projects was difficult. We were able to develop a strategy to help us see a timeline of the projects, so we could know when to expect the project to be done.
