I’m the CMO at the Discovery Institute for Addictive Disorders. We’re a 120-bed in-patient detox and residential facility for substance use disorders in Marlboro, New Jersey.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Digital Intellect has done everything from building our website to SEO and PPC. We had a previous site, but they’ve migrated it to WordPress and brought it up to date.

What is the team composition?

Initially, we worked directly with the founders: Robert (CEO), Vince (CMO), Sean (CFO), and Dan (COO). Now, we mainly work with Dan and Brenda (Account Manager), who is phenomenal.

How did you come to work with The Digital Intellect?

We knew The Digital Intellect’s founders. They were doing some backend work for us, and then they formulated their company. We’ve been with them ever since.

How much have you invested with them?

Our monthly spending has gone up and down in the past couple of years, but we’ve probably spent around $500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked with them for six years. We began our relationship around January 2015, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure their success with page sessions. We look at how many calls we get and how many people searching for treatment we can convert into opportunities. Moreover, we’ve had incredible traffic over these last six years, and we’ve remained consistently on the first page of Google for our local keywords. Also, we’ve stayed competitive regardless of how much we’ve spent on our SEO and PPC efforts.

How did The Digital Intellect perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re incredible. We recently made changes to our website, and they slowed down the adjustments so we wouldn’t affect our traffic too much, communicated every step of the way, and gave us updates. In terms of communication and execution, they’re all top-notch.

Their team is integrated into our tracking portal and Salesforce to track opportunities and ensure we’re allocating our money appropriately. We have a standing Wednesday call, and we get on a video call each month to go through the data from the previous month. Also, if we have a specific question, we can pick up the phone and call them directly. The Digital Intellect is always available for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their account management and attention to detail are what sets them apart. We’ve been with them for six years, so we’ve been fortunate enough to see them grow as a company. Since the beginning, their account managers have been super hands-on with our account, website, and everything else.

Additionally, their accessibility is great. We can pick up the phone and have a conversation with them at any time of the day.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We don’t have any complaints. They’re doing well, and their pricing is competitive.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust them; listen to the experts. As a CMO, it’s difficult for me to listen to constructive criticism when I have a plan in my head. However, The Digital Intellect are professionals, and their advice holds weight.

I’m the CEO and founder of Miracles Recovery Center. We’re a partial hospitalization intensive outpatient program in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

We wanted to get qualified leads from Google and online marketing. We were in a contract with another company, but no calls were coming in, and we weren’t getting any leads. Overall, we were paying too much for their services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we reached out to The Digital Intellect and set a date to talk over Zoom. We told them our needs and what we were looking for. Then, we signed a contract with them.

They’ve rebuilt our website, and they currently provide SEO and social media services, including Google Ads and email marketing.

What is the team composition?

Shelly (Account Manager) is my main contact; we call her directly whenever we need something. We also have Vince’s (CMO) number just in case; he’s one of the owners. We have the numbers for 4–5 people in case we need to ask them directly, but we only deal with Shelly most of the time. She goes over every call and number for us, and if we need something, she answers without fail. She’s amazing.

I’ve been in the industry for about eight years, and there are a few people that I really trust. If I need something, those people are my go-to. I trust what they say and who they work with. When I reached out to them, The Digital Intellect was the first company that 2–3 of them mentioned. I figured they were the best, so I went with them.

We pay $4,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since November 2020. We’re about to open up another program in Illinois, and they’ll do our SEO and PPC campaigns as well.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement.

Our calls jumped up tremendously within 4–5 months, and qualified leads started to pour in. If people search on Google for treatment centers in Port Saint Lucie, we’re the first ones to appear every time. We’ve also seen an increase in website and social media traffic, clicks on the site, and clicks from posts that they’ve put out.

Moreover, we needed help to concentrate on local people to bring them in. Now, we get more local leads than from anywhere else, so The Digital Intellect has nailed it. Overall, it’s about the quality of the calls, and those are the calls that we’re seeing.

How did The Digital Intellect perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re the best at project management. The Digital Intellect only hones in on the specific treatment; they don’t go and do various things simultaneously. They have a large team of people with their own particular jobs, so they’re the best of what I’ve seen.

We communicate through phone calls, text messages, and video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They get things done with speed and quality craft. Also, their communication is outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We don’t have any complaints right now. We’ll see what happens when we move to a different state, but I’m sure they’ll show up too.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re the best around at what they do. If you’re looking for someone to jump on your SEO, build your site, or work on your PPC, The Digital Intellect is the way to go. Just reach out; they have no problem answering the phone and walking you step by step on what they can do.

Also, I’ve seen them go through websites and determine that SEO is fine, but if there’s something they can do for you, they will.

The Digital Intellect helped develop our website and create several SEO and PPC campaigns. They used WordPress as their main platform and implemented quality of life features such as a simplified site navigation experience and an abundance of information through blog articles.

We also incorporated carefully curated keywords to not only rank up in search results, but we wanted the content to also reflect our values as a company as well.

They’re very easy to work with from a project management standpoint, which is one of the reasons why we continue to engage with them. They’re always on top of our projects and they’re very responsive to our needs and concerns.

I’m really impressed with their attention to detail. Most web development companies would nickel and dime you every chance they get, but The Digital Intellect goes the extra mile to provide a great service.
