I’m the owner of an appliance repair company.

What challenge were you trying to address with TurboFuel?

We hired TurboFuel to build our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TurboFuel developed a new website for our company from scratch in WordPress. We wanted the website to have a clean and functional design; we needed a responsive website that worked across multiple devices. So, TurboFuel provided us with a design draft to approve. 

Once the website was complete, we needed to advertise it. So, TurboFuel is now working on our Google Ads campaigns.

I work with a manager. 

How did you come to work with TurboFuel?

My friend recommended TurboFuel to me. They gave us a price quote, and then we hired them. 

How much have you invested with them?

Our monthly budget is around $3,000. So far, we’ve invested $10,000–$20,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership with TurboFuel began in February 2022. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When we started with TurboFuel, we didn’t have a site or ads running. Now, we have both, which has helped us bring in new clients and orders. Also, our marketing costs are about 10% lower than the revenue we’re bringing in. Everything is good — we have connected well with their team. 

How did TurboFuel perform from a project management standpoint?

I connect directly with a manager, who I can contact through phone calls, messenger, or email. They’ve met every deadline. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It is easy to work with TurboFuel — they have Russian-speaking managers, which makes it easy to communicate with them. I also really like the results of the partnership. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for them to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Customers need to communicate what they want from the partnership with TurboFuel — I suggest providing an example of work similar to what customers want.
