I founded and run a fashion and lifestyle media company.

My website was on a platform that made content creation, maintenance, and enhancements difficult for me to manage. The web developer was non-responsive. So I needed the website migrated to a user-friendly platform, including fixing current bugs and supporting ongoing enhancements and maintenance.

Recommendation from a trusted source. The key deciding factors were interest in ongoing partnership (not simply a transactional relationship), skillset/ability to deliver well, cost, flexibility.

The scope of work was: website platform and hosting migration (including the content and functionality), site bug fixes, and site enhancements. The deliverable was the complete website on a new user-friendly platform (WordPress) with the fixes and enhancements incorporated.

I worked with the owner exclusively.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I love the updated design. Plus, the backend is incredibly easy to maintain. If technical issues arise, which is rare, Revel is very responsive and quick to fix.

We coordinated via email, text, and phone chat depending on the nature of the conversation. Very flexible and easy to get in touch with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Responsive and extremely pleasant to work with!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were a few items in scope that were missed when the first iteration of the site was delivered. However, they were quickly turned around and delivered with no issue.

I’m the owner of Premier Paralegal. We’re a legal services company that provides document preparation and assistance to attorneys and the public alike, with a special focus on family law and divorce matters.

What challenge were you trying to address with Revel Digital Agency?

We brought them on for a website overhaul. I was behind the times and didn’t realize until after the fact. My own clients were starting to question if I was staying ahead of things. There wasn’t a way to send or receive documents via my website, take payments online, and other things that are now commonplace.

What was the scope of their involvement?

REVEL handled a complete redesign and development of my website. They’ve also done some digital marketing for me. Their team does my social media marketing and SEO. This includes advertising on Facebook.

What is the team composition?

Widley (Founder & CEO) has been my only contact. However, I’m sure he has a team working with him behind-the-scenes.

How did you come to work with Revel Digital Agency?

I was referred to them by a colleague. However, I conducted some research on them on my own as well. I looked up the company and saw that they looked legit.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested about $21,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Previously, we averaged about 15–20 clients a month. Now, we’re at about 25–30 clients a month. The results of the digital marketing efforts have been far-reaching. My social media ads have been seen by my target audience but also even my grandmother.

How did Revel Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been excellent. REVEL dots the Is and crosses the Ts. They’ve made the collaboration easy. Their team explained what they do so well that I can turn around and explain it to someone else. They implemented and explained each step.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The REVEL team has created an easy path for communication. If I leave a message or voicemail, I always receive a response within an hour. Communication is always very clear and doesn’t involve a lot of back-and-forths.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they would widen their portfolio of access in relation to social media advertising. I’d love to have more access to advertising on Instagram and other platforms. Also, the opportunity to give training or mini-courses to someone on my staff on how to do some tweaks would be great; I wouldn’t mind paying for that. This person could stand at the helm while REVEL handles the bigger things. That's my only constructive criticism. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Listen to them. It’s okay to be a newbie and unaware, especially if you admit it. Don’t be afraid to ask them to justify every dollar that’s being asked to come out of your pocket. You’ll be able to extract the value.

The Team selected vendors and we decided the final factors.

We had an initial meeting for ideas and project steps. We then went into web page building and adjusted the web page as we worked toward a final product.

two people worked with me. My web designer and the photographer.

The site is incredible. We are due to launch soon and we are excited to see the feed back.

Project manager was outstanding. They're professional and knowledgeable in their field. They worked very hard and their timeliness was amazing.

The hard work and dedication to get the job done. Also very knowable in this field.

none. They are absolutely amazing!
