Online Marketing Standard does SEO for our website, handles our digital marketing, and manages our social media posts, including Google, Instagram, and Facebook.

We’ve seen many leads generated, and there have been several conversions. I’m delighted with the results we’re seeing and looking forward to continuing our partnership.

How did Online Marketing Standard perform from a project management perspective?
 
They handle everything, and I don’t have to micromanage tasks. In terms of communication, we use phone calls and email.

GenerX is a distributor of one of the largest independent manufacturers of complete engine-driven generator systems. I am our IT Director and oversee all projects that have to do with digital and marketing in addition to our office IT support staff.

We are growing our services and overall size of our company and wanted to expand our reach. We hired them to provide a full-scale SEO audit with suggestions to improve our ranking and grow traffic to our existing pages.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We met the owner of the company when we were installing a generator for him and after explaining what he did and what he could offer we decided to enter into this project with them!

Our engagement began with a discovery phase and we laid out our goals. They helped us with keyword research and performed an analysis of our competitors. From there, they made on-site changes and created new collateral with our updated tactics and keywords. Their team also writes monthly blog posts for our website, gearing it toward our target demographic.

We are working directly with the owner and his knowledge is unparalleled and the experience unlike any other.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the SEO efforts, we're ranking on the 1st page for several keywords. Our site traffic is steadily growing, too. We've also DOUBLED our overall site visits year over year!

They've been great at managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mostly use email and phone calls to communicate, and they're always quick to respond and implement changes. We have a monthly roundtable meeting with both of our teams for big updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the industry stand out. They put in a lot of due diligence before getting started, and it's ensured we've had a smooth project. Also, I really appreciate their follow-through and willingness to deliver. They go above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with their overall process and of course the outcome!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, no. They have been very forthcoming and explain every single step we take and why we are taking it!

The company I work for offers continuing education for those already in the healthcare field, or those who are wanting a degree in the healthcare field. Our primary focus is NCLEX review and remediation, as well as courses in nursing assistant. My position in the company is program director and admissions.

We hired OMS to assist us in all of our online marketing needs. This includes SEO and local SEO.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We hired OMS after having a zoom conference call. Sean, our primary contact, was very knowledgeable in how marketing works and the course of action we would need to take to accomplish our goals. He is also very professional and always there if we any questions or concerns.

The first step after we decided to work with OMS, was to meet and discuss what our goals were. We met for about on hour discussing where we were, and were we wanted to be. Sean took his time to explain all of the key aspects in marketing to me and what we could expect moving forward. He then did a detail review of our SEO and reported back to me where we were deficient and ow we could improve.

Over the next couple of months he increased our SEO drastically, improving our sales as a result. He still makes it a point to meet with me at least once a month and always keeps me updated with what he is working on. The specific marketing tools used are Google Ads, blog posts, landing pages, and GMB.

We worked directly with a lead developer and the CEO.

The SEO and local SEO increased our average class size by 75% within the first 6 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have monthly meetings to discuss the overall performance and future ideas. Emails are sent regularly and always responded to within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very efficient and produce results. Improvement was seen within the first month and continues to get better.

As far as we are aware, they have done everything we have asked and more.
