I am the president of the nonprofit organization One World Unity. The organization provides opportunities of education for those without globally .

For what projects/services did your company hire Revamplify?

The organization's website and social media presence were abysmal. The website was outdated five years ago and in need of a complete reboot.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had heard rave reviews about Revamplify from another source and knew I needed quality work if our organizational reboot was to be successful.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Nick (from Revamplify) and I met twice to discuss to scope of what my organization does and my vision for where I'd like to take the organization. I shared quite a bit of our accumulated media with Nick, and Revamplify began building the website and social media presence. He offered several different options throughout the process to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. The process was quick, detailed, and far exceeded my expectations.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I'm not sure who all was involved in development altogether, but I only ever communicated with Nick Mathews, the owner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The official relaunch will not take place for another month, but I now have confidence in its success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was quick and easy, always. I never felt for a moment like I was being pressured into any unnecessary service. It seems like they're thinking more long-term with their relationships and not trying to squeeze you dry right off.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They clearly know what they're doing. I'm glad I caught them while they're still a fairly hidden gem.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. My expectations were far exceeded.
