BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I started an online children’s clothing store to bring a variety of styles of clothing that aren’t easily found in standard american childrens stores.

To create a new website and shopping platform

What were your goals for this project?

Website up and running was the main objective. We also wanted to get the base setup of how to list our clothing and take orders.

How did you select this vendor?

We asked around and through a few different platforms like Facebook and WeWork we got a list of recommendations. After a few emails and phones calls we decided that there were only a few companies that were willing and able to take on a small project like ours and potentially be available if we needed them later. I’m the end, Bizapult have us the best deal.

Describe the project in detail.

They setup a website, purchased the domain, setup our social media, email and online store. They currently host our site and gave us training on how to use the website.

What was the team composition?

We only spoke to 2 people. Candice in the begging, and Keith once we signed up.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our site is live, we’ve had some people reach out to complement us on it. We’re very happy with what we’ve accomplished so far.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Good. We really didn’t have a clue what this would take, and they were very open about where we should spend our time and efforts to get the most for our budget.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The amount of time they spent getting to understand the picture in our minds and what we wanted to create was amazing. I had heard that many companies are very easy to work with until you pay and then they go silent, I’m glad that has not been the case with us. I can call or email them and get and answer the same day.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe a little more guidance and structure on choosing some of the systems that we used. They did a great job of giving us a list but we really weren’t sure which of the 15 options we were given would work best for us. In the end we had some additional meetings and they narrowed the list down to three, which probably could’ve been what they gave us the first time.
