I'm the CEO and Senior Strategist at Wiideman. I'm in charge of leadership, management, procurement, and client success.

For what projects/services did your company hire Darby Works, Inc.?

I hired Darby Works to assist as overflow for Google Ads audits and strategy. My hope was they could perform at our level, and they met and exceeded that expectation.

How did you select this vendor?

We vetted multiple vendors, contractors, and agencies, and decided to give Eric a shot based on his experience and excellent communication skills.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Eric's job was to use our audit framework and review a client's Google Ads account, campaigns, campaign types, ad groups, ad extensions, location settings, bid strategies, and performance. Then to make recommendations on where they could improve.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with Eric throughout the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had an extremely satisfied client who took action on our recommendations right away. The client had no idea we were contracted with Darby Works.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our workflow was extremely effective, within 3 days Eric had all the access required, the framework/template we wanted him to use, and a kick-off call. We received the final report within 2 weeks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication with Eric and Darby Works was incredible, they are super awesome to work with!

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

None that I can think of.
