What challenge were you trying to address with tilladelse marketing agency?

We hired them for a couple of projects. We needed to update our website, and we're working on an online store. Most of their involvement was with web development and social media marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The website is built in WordPress. They helped us with how we would present our company, which included the design of our front page. Instead of focusing on the services we provide, we switched to more product-oriented marketing and advertising on our website. They also helped with some of our email marketing and our presence on Facebook, including some content creation for those efforts. They also managed some of our SEO for the site.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a team of about four people. One of the owners did most of the web development, and the other was the marketing lead. They had two other people working under them.

How did you come to work with tilladelse marketing agency?

They were recommended by a personal acquaintance. We knew both owners before they started the company, and they gave us feedback before we started an official collaboration. They always impressed us with their knowledge.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $40,000 in 2018.

What is the status of this engagement?

The biggest part of the project took place between May–November 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our customers love the new website and its navigation. All of our feedback is positive.

How did tilladelse marketing agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They did really well as project managers. We thought the project we're working on now for a POS system would take longer, but they were on top of everything and nailed the project quickly. They often have to wait for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We can always count on them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything they should improve.

Sit down with them and listen to their ideas. Be open to their suggestions, and let them lead you in the right direction.
