From a growth standpoint, we’ve seen pretty remarkable improvement since the launch of their campaigns. Internally, Radd Interactive has been very helpful in providing our team with strategies we can implement on our own to continue our success. That collaboration has been a really integral part of our growth as a company.
As a niche product, we can’t run typical campaigns. The team has done a great job of understanding our values, mission, and marketplace to create something really specific and applicable.
How did Radd Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
They perform really well. The team is always accessible and available, and they even give us action items to help improve our performance. They’re actively working on the project at all times, often to the point that they’re ahead of us in our timeline. It’s been great working with them.
They’re on the West Coast, while we’re on the East Coast, so most of our conversation takes place over the phone with screen-sharing.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Radd Interactive treats us as though we’re the only company they work with. The team is just as invested in our project as we are internally, which has been very valuable. They’re experts in their field.
