We wanted to develop a Poultry Mobile app for our Customer and Thiers farm managers to access and enter the daily entries through the phones. As they don't have the Mobile app before.

I met Burhani Digital CEo him face to face and discuss about the app development project he managed that has done many apps before but he did not.

I requested Burhani Digital to keep series of meeting to discuss the project goals it never happened. They don't have professional skills

Only one but he does not have that much skills.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The quality of the product developed by Burhani Digital was very poor. He did not even deliver the app and Took half of the money. They probably could create websites, but they didn't have the Mobile app development capabilities the client needed for their project. As a result, the client decided to hire another vendor.

Burhani Digital does not have a project management skills.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing impressive about this company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should improve in all sectors website development and Mobile app development.

I used to work with Burhani Digital at my former agency for which he provided some social media services so I already knew them from before I hired them to work in my personal projects

After a first meeting, we discussed the needs of the project and they suggested an Instagram growth plan that helped me grow my audience from about 2k followers to almost 8k, but mostly I grew my engagement in a huge way and my contents reached an amazing audience throughout this period.

I worked with the CEO hand in hand and we did some status meetings once month or so.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My instagram audience grew from about 2k followers to almost 8k in 5-6 months. I got shoutouts on some really big pages and my engagement grew amazingly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We did a kick-off meeting via Google Meet and then we communicated via chat around 1-2 times a week to make a follow up.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the shoutouts that I got on my contents and also on the amount of views I got on some of my Reels. I have over 5M views in one of my Reels when I had only 4k followers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would suggest them to send a quarterly or monthly report with the data and suggestions to keep improving the performance of the account so this way the creators know what they are doing right and what they're missing.

The Project Manager Ibrahim was our main point of contact through out the process.

Our customers have complimented the design and the user-friendliness of the website. They can pay by using any credit cards, Tabby etc.

We had daily communications via emails and whatsapp as well as weekly online calls. Ibrahim answered each question immediately and solved any problems without delays. He's been patient and professional throughout and does not mind explaining things repeatedly if there is an issue.

The talent and service-oriented mindset has been beyond expectations and we can without doubt recommend Burhani Digital to anyone who wants to launch their website.

For us increasing client leads and job applicants is key. We saw a significant increase in business interest post the launch of our website.

Startup like approach to work, regular catch ups on project status, zoom meetings to resolve challenges/dilemmas faced.

They gave us a website that was above our expectations.

We think the team can be slightly more proactive on project status communication.
