My inputs were well received and rightly contested when they weren't applicable. Things were always transparent from their side. They would explain everything to me. They are always ready to assist, even now when my services with them are on pause due to holiday season, I reached out and told them that an old lead has reached out, can they assist me as a one off? They did so promptly and I really appreciated that!
