To identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers and businesses on social media platforms to promote Spacemilk through partnerships, collaborations, and marketing campaigns. The virtual assistant (VA) will use AI tools to craft personalized outreach messages and track engagement to ensure results.
Research target partners, influencers, and businesses.
Craft personalized targeted messages to increase responses.
Send messages and engage with targets in order to solicit a positive response.
Hand off positive responses to our head of partnerships & social media to finalize.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

50+ new relationships with influencers and businesses, resulting in over 100 pieces of content created and shared, for tens of thousands of engagements and an increase to top of funnel sales.

Our VA's have been exceedingly responsive and willing to work on our platform for project management, as well as direct messages on slack and whatsapp. Everything has been delivered timely. The assistants need strong up-front instruction, however they have kept and understood the instruction very closely to the initial intent and onboarding. I'm very happy and impressed with Remote Ops Solutions overall.
