For what projects/services did your company hire Rozlin Financial Group, Inc.?

We hired them to be our 3rd party collection company on uncollectable accounts.

What were your goals for this project?

Wanted to raise our receivables from patients in collections by 50%.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Found online and interviewed in person.

Describe the project in detail.

Met with company to discuss our processes and how they will proceed with our collection accounts. We send over the accounts to them on a weekly basis, they collect payment, and remit to us, minus any commission fees.

What was the team composition?

I work directly with Jason as well as a few of his team members who service our account.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They are doing a great job collecting from our patients. We never saw close to the amount of success they are having with our prior company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow is great. They communicate very well and are super efficient and responsive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their rate of collection. Whatever their systems are, they seem to work. Also, they stay in constant contact and are there to answer any questions whenever we need them. They also get all accounts uploaded and worked very quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Honestly, none that I can see as of yet.

I’m the president of a pet retail store with several locations.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rozlin Financial Group, Inc.?

We hired them to collect bills from customers who had not paid us for past services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We contracted a company to set up billing and payment collection services. They worked on it for a few months but didn’t get into collection activities. Once that team deems a bill uncollectable, Rozlin Financial Group will attempt to collect the funds.

What is the team composition?

Jason (CEO) is my point of contact.

How did you come to work with Rozlin Financial Group, Inc.?

I was looking for a local collection agency to replace my former provider. They fit that bill, so I hired them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them since around July 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Once each month, we receive a check in the mail with a statement concerning the bills they were able to collect. 

How did Rozlin Financial Group, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

We recieve a check from them each month, but it would be nice to have an online dashboard to help us determine which accounts they’re collecting on and their general progress. They’re pretty responsive over email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

While I don’t think we’re collecting on a large number of our outstanding bills, we consistently receive something every month.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d like for them to provide data and reports online.
