Sales.co provided us with a full-service lead generation solution. They conducted deep discovery, established best-practice outbound technical infrastructure, identified target market segments, generated comprehensive and enriched lead lists, produced relevant and proven script copy, executed and managed campaigns, triaged and forwarded positive responses, and provided regular reporting and updates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sales.co generated a consistent flow of quality, relevant leads matching the Ideal Client Profile of our client. Within 3 months of campaign launch, Sales.co had generated $300,000+ of ICP pipeline opportunities. The campaign response rates were at or above industry benchmarks. Campaign recipients frequently responded with positive comments regarding the content of the campaigns.

Sales.co were highly responsive and communicative. Most communication occurred via Slack, but on the occasion that a call was required, they made themselves available rapidly and were consistently generous with their time. The most impressive aspect of Sales.co is their ability to deliver a truly premium service at a budget price. We have encountered many agency that provide a similar (or even poorer) level of service that Sales.co does, but at 2-3 times the price.

We are highly impressed with the service provided by Sales.co and have no suggestions for improvement.

Sales.co (formerly Damn Good Leads) helped us soup-to-nuts on the outbound lead generation side. After understanding our target market, they build lead lists for prospecting, they write the actual email copy, they handle the initial conversations from their outbound cold email campaigns, and then they hand off the warm leads that have responded to our internal sales team to conduct the discovery call.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have consistently been ROI positive with Sales.co (formerly Damn Good Leads) from the very start. In the first two months, we generated $80,000+ of pipeline opportunities, and also closed a deal for $10,000 in month two. This very clearly put us ROI positive, and we have continued to stay there. Sales.co is one of our best lead sources at the moment.

Sales.co is extremely collaborative and very receptive to ideas we have about new market segments to target or new outbound campaign ideas. I really appreciate how responsive they are via Slack, and how collaborative everything is. We'll give them an idea, and they will run with it and execute it flawlessly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Lead generation and email marketing is a space with a lot of vendors in it that are "fly by night" or simply not great quality. Sales.co is one of the few lead generation partners who I trust, and that is actually a thought partner and can add strategic value. I appreciate that with them, I am getting domain expertise in outbound sales, plus smart usage of technology. They are always receptive to our ideas for new campaigns and very pleasant to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Damn Good Leads could have done differently?

It would be nice to get more in-depth reporting and campaign analytics, all in one master sheet. I think this is something they are working on. That is the only thing that I think would be great to have.
