Omanexpo LLC is the Sultanate's leading organizer with a global perspective. Backed by high net worth business personalities representing diversified business holdings in Oman, Omanexpo LLC is a well-established player in the Meeting, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry in the Middle East.

Organised by Omanexpo, The Oman Petroleum & Energy Show (OPES) is the only event in Oman that serves the entire oil and gas industry. It comprises of a series of co-located events. Under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MoEM), OPES provides an effective business and networking platform, serving as a key meeting point for energy professionals, oil and gas companies, policy and decision makers, and stakeholders.

To validate database, clean the records, invite the contacts to register online and attend the in-person event.

We segmented the scope of work of the project into different parts and allocated distinct agencies to each segment. Tele-marketing campaign which involves calling pre-registered visitors and past attendees of the event to invite them to attend the upcoming event. Tele-marketing is the final push from organisers to urge industry professionals to attend the event.

We achieved our target of online registrations.
