Our community was eaelier on a whatsapp group and was a casual set up with a small number and several limitations. Ater adopting this platform, we have seen a surge in new member sign ups. We have grown from having 1-2 new members a month to more than 10 new members a month now. The platform also helps us track the exact leads being received by each business

The project was managed very professionally. I had visibility into timelines and phases before the project was kicked off. The progress and scope items were tracked in shared progress sheets. They made sure that each item was tracked to closure. The communication was mostly over email, phone cals, slack and a few face-to-face meetings.

The scope is very clearly defined. We don't have any budget overruns.
