I am a Project manager of the company that provides educational services on the basketball playing. We created a year-round basketball program that allows kids of all skill levels to reach their full potential.

We turned to Salesautomators to set up our automation related primarily to the implementation of a CRM system. We wanted to set up automated telephony, set up incoming leads and increase sales systems without customer sweatshops.

We chose Salesautomators through companies we knew, and the deciding factor was the expertise of Pavel, the company director.

We have been working with Salesautomators and specifically the company director for 3 years. So our communication went very quickly right away. We immediately defined the scope of work and carried out all the basic implementations. We are now in regular technical support with Salesautomators.

In all this time, our profits have increased by 3 times, we've stopped losing customers, and our overall sales process has become much easier.

I'm the owner of the studio providing beauty services such as manicure, pedicure, eyelash extensions, eyebrow and eyelash colouring and lamination and other procedures.

We were losing quite a lot of customers coming from different social media and website. We turned to this company to solve this problem and set up the automation of customers collection.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose this company as a certified Kommo CRM partner because we have heard good things about them from legitimate companies who have already worked with them to integrate CRM systems. We looked at their portfolio and started working with them.

We had several meetings to describe our situation at that time. Salesautomators then prepared a solution package for us to implement Kommo CRM and telephony through the implementation of Ringostat. We held rallies at every stage of the implementation. After completing the entire scoping exercise, the Salesautomators team also trained our company managers and took us on further support.

The main contact person was the company director and occasionally the sales manager, and a team of three developers worked.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We stopped losing customers coming from Instagram and other social media, as well as signing up from contacts on the website. Moreover, we have set up telephony, and now all contacts and calls (even missed and on the answering machine) are automatically created in our database. The increase in clients per month has increased by almost 50%, which has also significantly increased our profits.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was very fast, we held rallies in an online format and there was also always support on Slack in case of questions. The company director went into our situation in great detail and offered an even better solution than we originally expected. The entire integration was set up within the timeframe we originally agreed on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided quick answers to questions alongside the delivery of their high-quality and customized work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All in all, we can wish them an expanded team and some delegation of issues, as the company director has been quite busy. However, this did not affect the quality of the service provided to us in any way.
