Our teams with Bewage, specifically under my direction, are extremely high performing in terms of efficiency and quality for human based risk assessments. The Bewage team provide deeply insightful and actionable analysis on a regular basis to aid us in achieving our operational targets and business goals.

The relationship and engagement with Bewage is very strong by any measurement within the BPO space. This is a common thread that extends beyond the current company I represent today which proves that it is a core component to their client/vendor operating principles.

Bewage created a culture where everyone at every level and raise a question or concern which has enabled my engagements with them to result in countless operating enhancements as well as large scale operating shifts making all partners in the network increase outputs.

We use Bewage Technologies as our BPO service provider. We have three tiers of our support organization, and they’re one of them. They primarily assist our customers with the corporate cards side of the business, so we use them as customer support agents. Bewage Technologies handles phone, chat, and email customer-facing support. They’re on the phones and chats with our customers on a daily basis.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve seen an incredibly high level of service from Bewage employees. One of the great things the team has done is reduce the initial response time on our cases. Before, our initial response time would really vary, so our value was very different two years ago from what it is now.

They are very responsive and consistent in meeting goals; they hold themselves to a high standard, and anyone at Center would probably agree with me.

Since engaging Bewage Technologies, we’ve seen a significant improvement in our customer satisfaction metrics. Our average response time dropped by over 40%, and client retention has improved quarter-over-quarter.

The only area we’d suggest for improvement is expanding their service hours to better accommodate global time zones, especially as we continue to grow our international client base.

Bewage handles an array of equipment and software; they don’t do any purchasing. If the equipment goes faulty, they troubleshoot it remotely, including cameras, gates, scanners, tablets, PCs, and credit card readers. They also install software onto the cameras, PCs, and credit card readers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We request a quota of 25 ticket closures a week, and Bewage Technologies always comes close to or exceeds the quota every week. Overall, their quality is excellent; they’re great with our clients.

They meet deadlines and stay within the budget. We work together through Microsoft Teams and are in touch daily through texts. End clients communicate with them through phone calls, WebEx, LogMeIn, and other kinds of communication depending on the client.

Most companies are constantly changing their software. The only improvement would be that they keep up with the software changes.
