How did you come to work with LinkSolution?

The founders of LinkSolution had worked for a company that we had collaborated with in the past, so that was how we first got to know them. When the bank had to change providers, we decided to continue working with them — but now with their new company.

We’ve spent $150,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started collaborating with them in June 2012, and it’s an ongoing collaboration. We’ve been working with them for almost 10 years.

The results of the engagement have been very positive. With LinkSolution's support, we’ve been able to carry out many successful projects.

They've been very professional, and they’ve found the right people for our projects. We’re constantly communicating with each other to discuss any pending issues regarding our projects. Above all, they’re always ready to find solutions to ensure our project’s success.

Their versatility has been impressive; they’re very efficient at adapting to any circumstances.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It often happens that when agencies grow, their versatility goes down so I believe that that is something LinkSolution should keep in mind as they start growing.

We hired LinkSolution to provide us with call center services for all of our kiosks which would support one of our projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LinkSolution has provided us with four agents that are in charge of receiving calls and answering WhatsApp messages. They also have one back office agent. We usually provide them with guidelines and training about our project. Currently, we’re in the process of expanding the services we require from them.

We’re working with 5 people from LinkSolution.

How did you come to work with LinkSolution?

I wasn’t in charge of hiring them. The decision was made before I was in my position.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent $50,000–$100,000. We spend around $500 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them since June 2019, and we continue to collaborate.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LinkSolution has been really committed to our project, and they’ve always been open to improving their services. We’ve started with a limited set of services but we’ve been able to evolve and change processes with their help. In addition, the team has been able to adapt and grow with us. For example, adding one back office agent has been something we didn't have at first but decided to have to improve our processes and other things.

How did LinkSolution perform from a project management standpoint?

We have great communication with them. Though I’m not in charge of the daily communication between us, they have a back-office manager with whom I can interact. Even though I only speak with the whole team 1–2 times a month, everything has worked perfectly. We usually use email and Microsoft Teams when we need to discuss something. Sometimes, we also use WhatsApp. Overall, they always reply immediately.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The people working at LinkSolution have been impressive. We have such a good relationship with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve a little bit on their process of hiring staff for call centers because we have to pay a little bit more in order to see more profiles. However, that’s the standard for all call centers, so I don’t think it’s their fault.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear from the beginning of the project and treat them as partners. Involving them in the company and having a clear idea of your goals will help you and them reach all of your goals.

We have a business initiative to merge different local branches of the bank to establish them in locations that work better for our clients. We hired LinkSolution to help us out in the technology part of this project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their collaboration was mostly infrastructure-oriented, inventory control, and installment of software.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three project leaders and more people based in each branch. During the last phase of the project, they worked in 20 different branches of the bank.

How did you come to work with LinkSolution?

The bank had a solicitation process and they participated and were selected. I also knew their work personally as I had already collaborated with them in a previous job position.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around 2019 and continue our collaboration.

The project had numerous changes, changes of dates, reach, etc., but LinkSolution was able to adapt and showed great flexibility.

How did LinkSolution perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated mostly via email and conference calls. As we were working during 2020, most of our collaboration was remote. As for deadlines, we had an established calendar and they were able to meet all deadlines timely.

We’re most impressed with their flexibility.

LinkSolution provides us with .NET specialists for some of our projects, and they also provide a team for all infrastructure-related projects.

We also outsource all of our call center services to them.

I had worked with the company’s manager in the past. Having that professional relationship allowed me to know the quality of the company’s work.

We started working together about seven years ago, and it is a continuous collaboration.

Our company has different Datacenters in three Countries. as Responsible for its management and Administration. We were faced with the challenge of establishing a management system that would allow us to have change control over the IT infrastructure.

For what projects/services did your company hire LinkSolution?

The challenge was to establish a Change Management and control system for the equipment housed in the data centers. Link Solutions provided the tool and assisted in its implementation. Then he gave two level support of it and accompanied in the implementation of updates. With this implementation, it allowed us to improve the monitoring, change management and application of patches of the managed servers.

What were your goals for this project?

We can reduce the detection of changes in our infrastructure by 80%. The hours of technicians employed in surveying equipment on the networks were reduced by 60%. In conjunction with other actions, the patch application cycle was reduced from four to two months

A survey of the possible suppliers and the tools that could help us in the project was carried out. for cost and benefits we understood that Device42 met our Requirements. at the beginning, project management meetings were held, where people and roles were defined Short and long term priorities and objectives were established. Once this stage was closed, a kick off was carried out to inform the areas that would be impacted by the solution. then the first site survey stage began. analyzing the gaps. progress meetings were held every 15 days. Link Solution's technical teams and our technicians established a survey, implementation, test and start-up schedule for each site.

What was the team composition?

our team consisted of a project leader, one pmo, three data center technicians. Link solution provided the PMO, a technical manager and three technicians with different specialties.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

the biggest benefits. were Have IT inventory updated in the last 24 hours vs seven days when it was manual. The effort was reduced by 60% of the hours of technical personnel dedicated to the survey task. Data entry errors in inventory were reduced by 80%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

With the assignment of Roles and the fluid contact with the PMO, it was possible to detect and correct planning deviations in an effective way without having to wait for the advance meetings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We appreciated their commitment and innovation in the search for solutions to the problems presented in the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We understood that Beyond the tool, an important part is the support and the ability to adapt it to our needs was key to the success of the implementation. Once the project was finished, we understood that we had a technological partner for future challenges.
