Before allowing the Alpha Assistant agents to handle everything on their own, we put them through three days of training and observed them for around a month. They were utilized by us for back-office and customer service tasks.

Positive client feedback was received, and we had very low dispute rates. After receiving excellent work for two to three months, we made the decision to start awarding bonuses in order to keep up the outstanding work.

For a charity we support, Alpha Assistant was entrusted with creating an out-of-home and digital marketing campaign. Despite the restricted budget we gave them, Alpha Assistant had to reach a sizable audience in many provinces. To get fair prices for the project, Alpha Assistant got in touch with our neighborhood transport provider. Working with another team to generate creatives, Alpha Assistant contributed to the creative process. 
After that, they started publishing and running the campaign on Instagram and Facebook. In addition, Alpha Assistant oversaw the campaign's physical placements in several regions and the transportation network. During the process, Alpha Assistant provided our team with guidance on how much to spend on advertisements and how to leverage digital and out-of-home advertising to effectively reach our target customers.

We had to consistently monitor our calendar and lead sites even though that was the only job assigned to them, as we needed to see how they could handle the current task. Instead, we had to take that back over, and around February and March 2023, their accountant/system had billing issues that caused our company to be several weeks backup on payments, and we didn’t get notified until charges that we didn’t recognize were attempting to be placed on our cards. 

Once we spoke with them to get it ironed out, we had more charges placed on our cards that were not in the agreement. Totaling above 3k, they attempted to charge our cards. We stopped service in April but charged confined well into June and July. This ordeal has left a bad taste for our company using future services like this. At the end, it just was a waste of time and resources. I do not recommend this company for your assistance needs.

We worked with them for a little over six months in 2022, and they actually added to the amount of work we had. In our original consultation, they told us it would take some time to get acclimated to our business and what we do. Completely understandable. The service didn’t start improving at the six months it got worse… We got assigned Poala to take care of us. 

Some of the things that were important to us and what was agreed on with Alpha was being the initial touch and following up on leads which we gave them the copy-paste script so they could be efficient. That was their only job, and we continued to get told they couldn’t see when the leads came in. They were consistently not on our calendar, and we had to follow up with them at almost every lead. We set up meeting with them to make sure they had what they needed.

Our internal staff can help with fostering new relationships while our marketing team concentrates on targeting, messaging, and scheduling meetings thanks to the collaboration between Alpha Assistant and our marketing team. After the first four months, we were profitable and had a positive return on investment. Particularly now that we have a steady stream of relationships that we are keeping alive.
