They have been very consistent with delivering reports, proactively improving things, and bringing suggestions to our attention month after month. Getting a hold of someone has never been an issue. They use a dynamic meeting scheduler where we can book a time that works for us whenever necessary, and they are also available via phone for more immediate needs. We truly see them as a partner and not another vendor. And we trust their advice. They have personalized many aspects of our relationship and are very receptive to feedback, to the point that it feels like our dedicated project manager is part of our internal team.
