The amount of knowledge they achieved in our area of business was astonishing. Given that European Accessibility Act compatibility that put lots of extra pressure on them, the time they provided results was unexpected. The part of the brand awareness was actually a plan that we did not believe in that would give an outcome, since our business is based on word-of-mouth, but still when we received their market research for our business we were left in awe.
