I approached Red Rock to help me with updating my online presence and especially to help acquire new clients for my firm.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I chose Red Rock based on their focus on results, their ability to clearly communicate their approach, and the personality of the company that I felt from day 1.

Red Rock helped me update my Squarespace website to make it more SEO friendly and to install Google Analytics to track actions. They also built me landing pages with unbounce to connect with my ad campaigns. I didn't have a brand voice or messaging strategy so they helped to create and evolve this over time. We have run ads with Google Search, Google Local Service Ads and BingAds.

I have been directly in touch with three people there and I know that they have a larger team behind them. CEO, COO, Senior Account Management

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Red Rock helped to create custom reports in Google Data Studio that helps to show the ROI for my campaigns. We have a feedback loop where I tell them about new customers and they helped to compile this monthly to see my ROI. We have seen over 400% ROI against ads and services cost in the last 18 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I basically handed them the keys to do whatever they wanted to set me up for success. They have been organized, professional and trustworthy in accesssing and organizing everything for me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They actually do what they say and have the data to back it up! No fluff marketing agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

These guys are always bringing me new opportunities and showing me how I can continue to grow. Honestly not much to change or ask them to do differently.

What challenge were you trying to address with Red Rock Interactive?

We’re a retail startup, so we’re fighting for every dollar. We needed to create brand awareness through ad and social media campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Red Rock Interactive helped us set various channels like Uber Eats and other smart delivery partners and manage them. They also ran ads on those platforms and social media. We had dedicated photographers and content producers that delivered material, which they then overlaid with graphic designs and the messaging. They packaged all that into Instagram, Facebook, and Google.

We worked with 15–20 people from their team, including marketers, strategists, project managers, and designers.

They were referred to us by a friend. We chose them because we knew the work they did, they understood our goals, and our core customers — it was an easy fit for us.

We worked together from January 2017–April 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We increased our number of followers and engagement on our social media. Their efforts also drove traffic to our business both online and in-store. We had tremendous growth thanks to their work, and we’re confident that what they did helped us build our business — we got a great ROI with our investment.

How did Red Rock Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

We had meetings every month to review metrics and our dashboard. We also used email and Asana to communicate and organize our collaboration. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility and understanding of our business were outstanding — they made sure that we had what we needed when we needed it. They also moved quickly and were affordable, which was also helpful for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I know there’s always room for improvement, but they were a skilled team, and we were delighted with their services.

Have clear communication and make sure that you’re clear with your expectations.

We heard positive reviews from another one of their clients.

First we went through the implementation of basic performance marketing platforms - GTM, GA, Meta for Business etc. We tested multiple campaigns with different objectives, and were able to lower CPA costs significantly over a short period of time. We then implemented a better tracking tool to have proper campaign attribution.

After 3 months our sign-up CPA went from $20 to less than $5.

Very effective, always in communication online via chat and email. Weekly status meetings, and additional consulting services when needed.

They are a 1-stop shop that knows how to problem solve. They are very fair and reasonable in how they bill, open and transparent and really earned our trust.

Ideally, we would have liked to evolve our relationship into other services they provided like strategy and automatization, but internal decision makers decided to relocate Red Rock's services internally.
