Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner of a packaging machinery company. We are active in the equipment of the food industry with processing and packaging machines, as well as with consumable packaging materials.

Our website was outdated and we needed to invest in building a modern, fast and functional website for our company. Our goals were to update our online image and to achieve higher sales.

We searched online for digital agencies in Thessaloniki and shortlisted 5. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting, describing in detail our needs and thoughts on how the new website should function and look. After that, they came back with an initial design which we adjusted to our needs and we continued a back and forth cooperation. We finalized building a beautiful and functional website based on Wordpress platform.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

An account manager took over our project from the start. He was supported by 2 web developers, 1 UI/UX designer and 1 SEO Specialist throughout the whole project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Customers loved the updated design and the new mechanisms that it includes. We already are at the 1st page of Google and receive positive feedback and comments about this project.

We had excellent communication and cooperation with their team. They have very fast response time on our demands, practical and fast communication tools and they keep on their timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a very organized and skilled team. They have a very fast response time and they listen truly to your needs, adding also clever and practical ideas, based on their experience. Also the training that we received was very clear and analytical.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we launched there were some minor bugs and requests from us that were not 100% fulfilled, but with some feedback we faced them really fast.
