We produced a short video for Besser Company which introduced a new product they are currently manufacturing called the APEX.

DETAILS
Plummers Disposal Service has a high level of competition throughout West Michigan. Being a seasonal service makes it even more essential to capitalize on each touchpoint with potential customers.
KEYWORDS
In order to ensure relevance, we dug into high converting keywords, low converting keywords & missed keyword opportunities from preexisting Google Ad campaigns. Utilizing Google Analytics helped us understand user behavior & trends in the path to conversion by service type offered. Within these trends, we were able to identify opportunities where we could lessen user clicks needed to convert which enhanced the user’s experience.
SEO OPTIMIZATION
Once we understood the keywords, high & low converting, we created new campaigns & ad groups. Furthermore, we applied our keyword findings to enhance onsite SEO which increased the number of auctions the campaigns we were in (impressions.) In applying these finding both onsite and off, the relevancy of our ads increased lowering the CPC. Logically this caused the gap between the number of impressions & clicks we earned to lower which, from a mathematical standpoint, naturally increased the CTR.

This client found their organic web ranking fall from the front page of Google and hired us to help with SEO ranking. KEYWORDSAfter a deep analysis, we decided to focus on the keyword “kitchen design software”. We began optimizing for this keyword and within 11 weeks, ProKitchen Software jumped to the second organic listing on the first page of Google.SEO OPTIMIZATIONIn addition to keyword targeting, we created mini-authority properties on powerful blogging platforms that link back to ProKitchen Software. These links will build a base of authority to the site and pages. We also focused on high quality, natural, white-hat in-content links to proktichensoftware.com. Including this will help boost their rankings and get more traffic. This piece is based on a long-term investment. We also outlined blog content to be posted on prokitchensoftware.com. We had an initial design meeting with 3 team members to strategize and outline the layout of the website. From that first meeting I felt very confident that they would do a great job. As the design started, feedback was ask for to make sure they were headed in the right direction.
Their creativity really brought my vision to life and I love the look and feel of my new website. They were also very responsive to each email request which was very satisfying and the end product was delivered right on schedule.

Management was hands on communicating through email and telephone. I timeline was set and they were able to deliver on time.

I felt like it was all hand on deck. I've had sites designed in the past, but I never met with the designers face to face. I felt like everyone was working for me and doing a great job.

Not that I can think of.

I am the Corporate Marketing Director for Forward Corporation. We are located in Standish, MI and have a number of different business interests across a multitude of petroleum, retail, hospitality, and tourism industries. I oversee marketing for all of these areas.

We hired them to build a new Web site for T.R. McTaggart, our b-2-b screen printing and embroidery business that sells retail-ready apparel to tourism locations
How did you select Kreativ Marketing and what were the deciding factors?
We received a referral from someone we knew who had worked with the team. They quoted a fair price, had a great recommendation from someone, and overall we just vibed well with their team

We met with them and told them what we were looking for in a site. They asked us a number of questions and we told them more about our business. They came back soon after with a quote and once we signed on we got to work. At first we did everything via Zoom calls because they are on the other side of the state. We had kick off meetings and really went through the nitty gritty of all the pages we'd want, the vibe of the site, etc.
Soon after they came to us with a mock up of the front page. We asked for a few changes, but overall were thrilled with it. Once the overall design was decided on, they went to work building out each page, the content and text for which we provided. We'd just email back and forth about what verbiage we wanted on there and then we'd move on to the next page.
After every page was built out, our team had one last deep-dive audit to review all text and images and make sure there were no changes and once we finally got to the point where we were good, Kreativ took the site live.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Three people mainly. They had a programmer and a graphic designer and then Tyler, the owner, sort of served as project manager but also did some work, as well.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The most impressive thing was the turnaround time. Everything they did they did quickly and efficiently with little wait time. We started this project hoping to be done by the end of March and we finished and the site was live by the beginning of February. I can't say enough good things about how well they communicated and laid out the expectations. And - most importantly - we think our new site looks fantastic!

We communicated in three ways: Most was by email. This was mostly done during the actual content part where I'd send over verbiage and they'd reply back with updates on where they were with certain pages. They were always quick to get back.
During some of the bigger milestone moments - the initial quote, the project kickoff - we did Zoom calls with multiple members of their team and ours. And on occasion we spoke by phone on those few times where an immediate question or issue came up or something was just too complicated to explain via email
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Turnaround time. My team made it a point to make sure anything they asked for we get to them quickly because once they had everything was on their hands, they were incredibly efficient in turning things back around. As I mentioned, the total project time was maybe two months and that includes two weeks of holidays. Very fast.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I don't think so. It was everything I could have hoped for. Price was fair, work was great, team was even better.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work in marketing for David’s Heavy Duty Tool Sales. We’re direct resellers online and we mainly sell tools to the heavy-duty truck and diesel industry.
What challenge were you trying to address with Kreativ Marketing?
The biggest thing we’re looking for is to make our website easier for people to find. We hired them to provide SEO and marketing support for a product we’ve developed.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’re helping us with various tasks. They support us in emailing a monthly newsletter to about 45,000 contacts — getting ready to ramp that up to 90,000 with the new database we’re adding. They handle all of the editing and uploads for the newsletter, as well as taking care of the actual sending of it.
Also, quite a bit of SEO work has been done by them. They’re creating backlinks to help our site get found easier since it’s new and we’ve only been in business for about a year and a half. They’re putting some information together regarding starting Google Ads efforts. We’re looking to target specific markets and industry, and they’re helping us target specific parts of Canada.
They’ve taken over hosting our website and providing maintenance on it, too, which happened earlier than the rest of their services.
What is the team composition?
There are 2–3 people we work with the most. Tyler (Head of Marketing) is our account manager, so we deal mainly with him. If clarification is needed or there is a specific project, others get involved.
How did you come to work with Kreativ Marketing?
I’ve been in marketing in this area for quite a while, so I knew who they were. There is also another employee here who is friends with someone on their team. We wanted someone to get involved with, so we met them that way and it took off from there.
How much have you invested with them?
In the three months for the SEO and marketing services, we’ve spent around $3,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2020 and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s a bit early to see a lot of metrics, but we’re noticing an uptick in site visits, page visits, and time spent on our site. Our bounce rates are also going down. Impressions are up 20%, which I like, and our clicks are up about 10% over the course of just one month. Our click-through-rate is also improving.
How did Kreativ Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
They give me monthly reports on our progress. They respond quickly and I like having one project manager that I deal with. This means I know where to start every time. When we need something, they’re accessible and get back to us, even if it is on a weekend. We mainly just use the phone and email to communicate. They do a great job communicating.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They always provide a solution — they show us a different way to look at something and find an answer. I like their approach to those situations.
Are there any areas they could improve?
At this point, no — they’re doing well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure you tell them exactly what you expect, need, and want. It’s not because of them, but it’s the best thing for you to do in the long run as a company. Be clear about what you want and what your budget is, and they’ll be willing to work with you on those things.

Kreativ Marketing creates hard copies of literature and other collateral to hand out. They help us with video recordings of different testimonials with our current customers. Working with Google Ads, they place paid ads. They do social media marketing for us and create content as well.

Life-Centered Dentistry is a partnership between us, your dental care providers, and you. We share your dental needs with you and together develop a plan to reach your goals in a family atmosphere. I serve as COO and oversee marketing, both outside and inside the office.
For what projects/services did your company hire Kreativ Marketing?
The office has been around for over 50 years as Ludwig Family Dentistry. In 2017, the name was changed to Life-Centered Dentistry. We lost all our SEO with the new name. We hired Kreativ to assist in developing a higher SEO ranking and Google presence. They also share with us the service searches for our area so we can write blogs related to the services people are looking for.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal is to be seen as a dental authority. We also want to increase our digital presence and reach people who are looking for a new dentist.
How did you select this vendor?
We met with several web designers originally, including Grand Apps. They were a great mix of knowledge, friendly and reasonable price range. Kreative is willing to work with our budget, meet monthly to update us with progress and give us great recommendations.

Initially, they took our current website and made it look more professional. Then they recommended additions based on local google searches. Pages were added; blogs were written. They coordinated our newsletter with a blog, our promotions and Facebook posts with Google and SEO.
They recommended we produce videos and suggested content. That's how we ended up with our tooth fairy. They also suggested videos of our office remodel and expansion. We provide Kreativ with our promotions, both in-office and out, quarterly. They coordinate these with Google.
What was the team composition?
We have met with the founders and done discovery together. We are myself, the office manager and the person who does our marketing very part-time. We also meet monthly with two members of the Kreativ team.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
A goal was to get 25 new patients per month as a result of Google searches. We have definitely seen an increase and movement in that direction, although 25 has not been achieved. This is a lofty goal to have. We are still in the discovering what works best and are honing in on what attracts our target market as Kreativ defines our SEO.

We have a great work relationship. Phone calls and emails are answered promptly. We do use Google docs and calendar.
