iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd.'s work has resulted in our website ranking on the first page of Google for our selected keywords. We have over 30 keywords ranking in the top three on Google. Additionally, we've seen an increase in leads.

I’ll be honest, I was pretty burned by my last SEO experience. Spent eight months with another company paying nearly double what I pay now and had almost nothing to show for it organically. When I first got on a call with iMark they walked me through exactly what had been done and more importantly what hadn’t been done by my previous agency. That consultation alone was eye opening. That was eight months ago. I’m now heading into my busy season and for the first time I’m not scrambling to run ads just to get leads coming in. They’re coming in organically and consistently, and I’m ranking at the top of Google for basically all of my target keywords. I haven’t even touched my ad spend yet. What I really appreciate about them is how transparent they are about everything. You get a live dashboard from day one, regular campaign updates, and a seat in their project management software so you can see exactly what’s being worked on each month. No black box, no “just trust us” energy. You can actually see the work happening in real time. Honestly I feel pretty lucky to have found them when I did. The scope included on-page optimisation, technical recommendations, monthly keyword tracking, and building high-quality backlinks to improve rankings for commercially important keywords. Deliverables also included monthly reports, guest posts or editorial backlinks, and support with building out SEO-focused content clusters for key areas such as A-Level Maths topics. The engagement was structured as a monthly SEO retainer, with the agency responsible for delivering agreed SEO tasks and providing measurable improvements in search visibility.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were no meaningful measurable outcomes that demonstrated clear SEO progress for the commercial keywords we were targeting. While the agency shared reports showing increases in overall keyword counts and some movement in low-value informational queries, these did not translate into improvements for the core terms that matter for my business.

Key rankings for my main commercial pages remained largely unchanged, and the traffic reported did not appear tied to commercially relevant keywords. Because of this, I did not see measurable improvements in visibility, rankings, or conversions for the areas that were most important to the project’s success.

Project management was inconsistent. Some updates were delivered, but several key items were delayed or missed entirely, including reports that were promised on specific dates but never provided. Communication was generally polite, but responses often lacked clarity or did not fully address the concerns I raised. When I highlighted issues with deliverables, I was usually told that a follow-up report or clarification would arrive “tomorrow,” but these updates frequently did not materialise. Overall, while the team was friendly, the communication and timeliness did not meet the level of reliability I expected.

The team was generally polite and responsive in their communication, and they were willing to provide explanations or answer questions when asked. They also shared regular reports and updates, which showed an effort to maintain visibility into the work being done.

There are several areas where the service could be improved. The quality of the backlink deliverables needs more attention, as many of the websites used appeared to have been created recently and shared similar structures, which did not give confidence that the links came from established or trusted sources. Some author profiles and images also appeared duplicated across different sites, which further reduced the perceived authenticity of the placements.

Reporting could also be improved, as some reports contained broken links or incorrect files, and several promised updates were delayed or never provided. Finally, clearer communication around the strategy, expected results, and the rationale behind deliverables would have been helpful in setting better expectations.
