iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

BACKGROUND

I am the President / Owner of 2NetSolutions LLC

2NetSolutions LLC is a Washington-based IT consulting and managed services company serving small and medium-sized businesses, nonprofits, and residential customers throughout the Puget Sound area. We specialize in providing reliable, affordable, and professional technology solutions that help businesses improve productivity, strengthen cybersecurity, and reduce IT costs.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

• more visibility
• more client
• cost effective

SOLUTION

Online Search

• High ratings
• Pricing fit our budget
• Good value for cost

iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. was engaged to provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services for 2NetSolutions LLC, with the primary objective of improving organic search visibility, increasing local website traffic, and generating qualified customer inquiries for IT consulting, computer repair, managed IT services, and related technology solutions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Based on the project updates available, iMark Infotech demonstrated progress in SEO planning and content preparation. However, measurable improvements in Google rankings, organic traffic, and customer leads have not yet been verified.

Overall, iMark Infotech demonstrated good communication and responsiveness throughout our SEO project. Their team was professional, approachable, and willing to accommodate our business needs and budget. I particularly appreciated their flexibility in customizing their SEO package and their willingness to discuss strategies for improving our local search visibility. Their project management included coordinating keyword research, SEO content preparation, and the development of seven landing pages targeting 25 keywords. They provided progress updates and responded to our questions about Google rankings and local SEO performance. However, some deliverables, particularly the landing pages, were still in development at the time of our September progress review. While the team communicated the status of these activities, we would have appreciated clearer completion timelines and more detailed performance reporting. Overall, our experience with their communication and customer service has been positive. We look forward to seeing the completed deliverables and measurable improvements in search rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What impressed me most about iMark Infotech was their responsiveness, professionalism, and flexibility in accommodating our business needs and budget. Their team was willing to customize an affordable SEO package for 2NetSolutions LLC while maintaining a focus on our local search visibility goals. I also appreciated their structured approach to keyword targeting, SEO content planning, and landing page development. Their willingness to communicate progress and address our questions made the collaboration easier. Overall, their customer service, competitive pricing, and willingness to work with small businesses stood out. We look forward to seeing measurable results as the project progresses.

While our overall experience with iMark Infotech has been positive, there are a few areas where they could improve. We would appreciate clearer project timelines, faster completion of SEO landing pages, and more proactive communication regarding deliverables and milestones. Additionally, more detailed monthly performance reports showing keyword ranking improvements, organic traffic growth, Google Search Console results, and lead generation would help us better evaluate the return on our investment. As a small IT services business, our primary goal is to attract more local customers through Google searches. We would like to see a stronger focus on measurable results, particularly improving our visibility for competitive local keywords such as "computer repair near me" and "computer repair in Federal Way." Overall, we appreciate their team's responsiveness and flexibility and believe these improvements would make their services even more valuable to small business clients like 2NetSolutions LLC.

None. The outcome was negative. Poor execution, incorrect targeting, and damaged my reputation.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their LinkedIn lead generation service is complete trash. I signed up in April 2026. They recommended I create two new LinkedIn accounts, turns out LinkedIn has a strict policy of no duplicate accounts, so all of my accounts including my personal one were blocked. This took them 2 months to figure out. Work didn't start until July 2026. When they finally started working, they completely ignored my client profile and started signing me up to meet with others that wanted to pitch me their services, yet counting it as a "lead" for me. Finally, they started reaching out and pitching my personal contacts - people that had nothing to do with my business; personal relationships. This damaged my credibility and made me look like a fool - all thanks to these jokers. Finally had to forcefully kick them out of my LinkedIn. STAY FAR FAR AWAY! Not worth the stress.

Don't bother using these guys for lead generation, and based on their other reviews and lack of ownership of the problems, I'd avoid anything and everything related to iMark Infotech. There's no way their other services are any better.

How many teammates from iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. were assigned to this project?

6-10 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

iMark Infotech serves as our white-label SEO and PPC fulfillment partner, executing campaign work on behalf of client accounts we manage under our own brand. Their deliverables include ongoing local and technical SEO execution, on-page optimization, keyword research and tracking, and PPC campaign management across client accounts in the healthcare and home services industries. They work directly within our processes and reporting structure, delivering work products we review and pass through to our clients, including monthly performance reporting and campaign updates.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since partnering with iMark Infotech, we’ve seen consistent improvements in organic visibility and search rankings across the client accounts they support, along with steady performance from the PPC campaigns they manage. Their reliable turnaround times have let us scale our fulfillment capacity without adding headcount internally, which has directly supported our own agency’s growth. We consider them a dependable extension of our team.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team at iMark Infotech has been consistent and dependable in their project management. Deliverables come back on time, and when we’ve needed adjustments or had specific client requirements, they’ve been responsive and flexible in accommodating them. Communication with Manish and Geetika is clear and proactive rather than something we have to chase, which matters a lot for a white-label relationship where we need to trust the work without micromanaging every step. Any issues that have come up have been addressed quickly and without friction.

What was your primary form of communication with iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd.?

Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most about iMark Infotech is the personal, hands-on involvement from Manish and the team. Rather than feeling like a faceless outsourced vendor, they operate as a genuine extension of our agency — understanding our processes, communicating proactively, and treating our clients’ work with the same care we would ourselves. That level of partnership is hard to find in white-label fulfillment, where it’s common to feel disconnected from the people actually doing the work. Manish’s responsiveness and knowledge of SEO and PPC have made it easy to trust them with client-facing results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

Honestly, it’s hard to point to anything major. If we had one suggestion, it would be even more proactive reporting on campaign trends before we have to ask — but this is a minor note on an otherwise strong partnership.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in July 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd.'s work has resulted in our website ranking on the first page of Google for our selected keywords. We have over 30 keywords ranking in the top three on Google. Additionally, we've seen an increase in leads.

I’ll be honest, I was pretty burned by my last SEO experience. Spent eight months with another company paying nearly double what I pay now and had almost nothing to show for it organically. When I first got on a call with iMark they walked me through exactly what had been done and more importantly what hadn’t been done by my previous agency. That consultation alone was eye opening. That was eight months ago. I’m now heading into my busy season and for the first time I’m not scrambling to run ads just to get leads coming in. They’re coming in organically and consistently, and I’m ranking at the top of Google for basically all of my target keywords. I haven’t even touched my ad spend yet. What I really appreciate about them is how transparent they are about everything. You get a live dashboard from day one, regular campaign updates, and a seat in their project management software so you can see exactly what’s being worked on each month. No black box, no “just trust us” energy. You can actually see the work happening in real time. Honestly I feel pretty lucky to have found them when I did. If you’ve been burned by an SEO company before and you’re on the fence about trying again, I get it completely. But these guys are the real deal.
