The initial setup objectives were delivered quickly and efficiently – success is a little too early to establish given the nature of the service but based on the supplied access and level of detail demonstrated we feel comfortable that we will have a clear view of the results and level of success as soon as theses begin to appear.

Some of the account managers that were assigned to our company's project really poured their heart & attention which made the experience of working with them very enjoyable and produced good results.
Our engagement / website was not as straightforward and historically had a low budget – I do feel that the agency and most account managers (not all...but then I just asked for those to be replaced with someone who is a better fit, wasn't an issue) – I felt / feel that they really care and do their best to deliver given those limitations.

Yes, account managers change too often. It takes 2 months (at least) for the new account manager to get up to speed – and then only after working for 6-8 months and we get into a "groove" of working together - they leave the company. And we have to go to another cycle of getting new account manager on board...
