As VP of Marketing, I oversee the advertising and marketing activities for business growth across multiple channels.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ads2Convert?

We connected with Ads2Convert back in 2014 to help kickstart our PPC campaigns and build our customer base. Since then, the agency has helped us achieve massive growth with Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook. We depend on their recommendations and optimization strategies to ensure paid advertising ROI continues to outperform our historical data.

What were your goals for this project?

ROAS is a key metric that we have been able to solidify over the course of our relationship. We continue to see improvements despite the turbulent business climate was are currently facing. We have been able to be consistent each month and increase spend due to the great work by Ads2Convert.

How did you select Ads2Convert?

We have worked with a number of vendors in the past but our initial conversation with Ads2Convert was very transparent and we felt comfortable with them setting the proper expectations. Over the years, we have had other vendors reach out but realized that the relationship we had built with Ads2Convert was open and honest.

It requires an immense amount of trust to choose the right vendor to manage thousands of dollars in paid advertising campaigns. By setting the right expectations for both parties, we knew we have the right partner in place.

Ads2Convert conducts an in-depth competitive analysis of the industry and provides recommendations on the type of keywords, ads, and offers that would work in concert with our own business goals. They understand the psychology and user intent as it relates to paid traffic funnels.

Our constant communication helps uncover untapped opportunities as well as provide a solid roadmap on ad spend, campaign performance, and adjustments that need to be made as a response to clicking data and user engagement. They are a partner who we trust when launching new campaigns.

What was the team composition?

I work closely with Matthew and his talented team. Understandably, the team continues to grow and Matthew has a number of tasks delegated across his group. I work with Matthew weekly to review current performance and future optimizations.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been able to increase our ROAS tremendously and continue to maintain this growth over the past year. We have been able to improve ROAS from the previous year and see growth with our transaction business. PPC is a solid contributing factor to our success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly sync calls to review campaign performance, upcoming campaigns, and monthly spend. Using slack, they are very responsive, and if needed emails are shared to document any changes. The communication is great and we have never felt out of the loop. Responses are typically the same day or within 24 hours. They are an extension of our team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am the most impressed with the results we achieved with their guidance. It's not easy finding a vendor that is vested with the same enthusiasm and goals in mind. Ad2Convert focuses on our business goals and what is best for the performance of the campaigns. It's not about increasing spend but ensuring the performance of the campaigns aligns with our business objectives.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only area that we wish to have more improvement is CRO services to be added in the future. We have a lot of campaigns running and it would be great to be able to tie in performance data with conversation rate optimization. While this is not under their current offerings, they are experts in managing our paid advertising for years.

My name is Tyler, I have been the Marketing Director here at NetReputation for the past 2.5 years working closely with Ads2Convert.

NetReputation reached out to Ads2Convert several years ago for further assistance in managing our PPC campaigns (pay per click) for Google & Bing. Furthermore, we requested their assistance in ROI optimization which built the perfect frameworks for successful ad campaigns month after month.

NetReputation's goals for this project with Ads2Convert was to have them manage all PPC efforts to increase lead generation through Google and Bing advertising. Our hopes we to generate 2-3x in revenue compared to our ad spend each month.

How did you select this vendor?

When we began to research reputable PPC agencies, Ads2Convert was a popular topic of conversation on most phone calls we had. We were considering 3-5 different agencies for our PPC efforts however the team at Ads2Convert really stood out as far as industry knowledge and customer service went.

Ads2Convert successfully researched, set up, monitored, and optimized our ad campaigns for a total of 3-4 brands across a three-year span. The team at Ads2Convert really understands the concept of competitive research and opens new doors for opportunities you may never have thought of. Any and all edits/alterations to our website were done by NetReputation, however, there was strong guidance from Ads2Convert along the way as far as keywords to use, colors, verbiage, contact form location, and much more. When NetReputation began our relationship with Ads2Convert we started as the industry "online reputation management" was still developing as a whole, we had topics and ideas in mind. However, Ads2Convert really helped us carve out realistic milestones and goals to work towards as we scaled our campaigns.

Throughout our working relationship with Ads2Convert, we primarily communicated with 2-3 individuals on a monthly basis. Matthew Caruana has done an amazing job from the start of our campaign and continues to do so with the help of Harry, who is another PPC specialist with Ads2Convert.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From when we started our relationship with Ads2Convert until now, we have seen over a 1,900% increase in annual revenue leading us to be featured by both Inc. 5000 and Newsweek as the leading online reputation firm of 2020. Compared to our initial goals, Ads2Covert continues to outperform and achieve their ROI goals month after month. Ad2Convert now averages roughly 600-700 high quality leads to our business each month with our recent month's ROI being 3x higher than our ad spend.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Ads2Covert is connected to our internal communication (slack) for quick and easy ways to discuss ads or ideas. In addition to ongoing chat conversations, NetReputation and Ads2Convert partake in biweekly calls to ensure everything is running smoothly or to address any questions/concerns. They would answer the phone whenever we called, if they were unavailable an email or text would be sent with another time to speak.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The intensive research and due diligence put forth was and still is astounding. One strength in particular, apart from generating large amounts of quality leads on a monthly basis was, how after years of working together, the ideas and innovation tactics haven't stopped. We always receive emails and Slack messages in regards to upcoming goals, projects, or new ideas to implement amongst various campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing we would ask of Ads2Convert would be to relocate to Sarasota, Florida so they can be closer to our office! Apart from that, we have no negative things to say.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcomes are optimizing cost per conversion and budget per channel, depending on business priorities and budget. Ads2Convert has been able to make the best use of our changing budgets and business priorities.

Matt is great to work with as the lead. They always deliver reports on time and provide insights on campaign performance at the end of the month.
