Prime Digital provided PPC support across our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, helping us manage, scale and improve both channels. 

Their work included campaign strategy, optimisation, reporting, creative input and regular meetings to review performance and suggest new ideas. As a niche, localised home improvement business in the UK, it was important that they understood our market properly. 

Christian and Luke took the time to learn about our business, our customers and our goals, and provided thoughtful, knowledgeable support throughout the project. Overall, the key deliverables were improved PPC management, clearer campaign direction, better use of Google and Meta advertising, and practical recommendations to help us grow our online enquiries.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Prime Digital helped us make clear progress across our paid advertising channels, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads. During the project, we were able to scale activity, increase enquiry volume and improve the overall structure and direction of our campaigns. They provided regular reporting and performance reviews, which helped us understand what was working, where budget was best spent and how to improve results over time. Their input also helped us test new ideas, refine our targeting and make better use of both platforms. The main measurable outcomes were stronger PPC performance, increased lead generation, improved campaign management and clearer visibility over our paid marketing results.

Project management was excellent throughout. Christian and Luke were organised, responsive and easy to work with, with regular meetings and clear communication around performance, priorities and next steps. 

They were always generous with their time and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed advice. They listened carefully to our needs, understood the challenges of working in a niche, localised market, and adapted their recommendations accordingly. 

Overall, they've delivered everything expected of them and provided a very high level of support throughout the project.
