We wanted to improve our digital presence and brought their team on as a full-service agency to assist us with that.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team developed our WordPress website from the ground up. At the beginning of the project, I gave them inputs such as what functions we needed, how I wanted it to look, and how the user flow should essentially work.

They then took those descriptions and handled the process of building out the wireframes, getting them approved by me, and then building out the full site. I helped them to conduct testing at the end of the process as well so that we could make sure everything was working properly before we fully launched.

From there, they have been helping us to improve our SEO and conduct paid advertising campaigns on Google. Their tactics range from content creation on our website to keyword research and targeting and campaign strategy for our advertisements.

We started working together around August 2019 and are continuing to partner with them today.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The information on the website is incredibly well-loaded. They’ve really done a great job of not only putting all of the information there that my clients might need but also of organizing it so that it is easy for customers to find whenever they need it.

We’ve also been able to track the traffic coming in through our various advertising efforts, and we are getting a consistent flow of new customers from many of those efforts. The advertisements are going out to seven or eight of the countries in which I operate and has helped us to expand our customer base already, so I am very optimistic about the success we will see in the future.

How did Aspiration Worx perform from a project management standpoint?

We had around 5–6 sessions in person to discuss the specifics of the project, and then once the project was ready, I was asked to look around and use the product so that they could make any changes that I wanted before the final version actually went live.

Their team is prompt to all meetings and in their responses to my messages, and they are a no-nonsense team on the whole. On top of that, they understand what I expect from them and are able to take cues from me and translate it to actual deliverables without a ton of explanation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I found them very cost-effective and completely reliable when it came to delivering on our timelines. They also came to us with ideas that they thought would help us based on their experience and understanding of the industry, and those ideas proved to help us significantly over the course of our work.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work that we’ve done together.

The brief has to be good. The more clearly you can map out the deliverables and all of the steps involved in getting there, the better they will be able to advise you and contribute to the process to make the final product as successful as possible.

Aspiration Worx developed our website, and they’re managing our SEO and social media, including Facebook. They target keywords relevant to people searching for trademark registration and patents in the UAE and other parts of the world. They’ve also written news pieces and content for our website.

I’ve mainly worked with Saad (Founder & Digital Consultant) and Anas (WordPress Developer), and there’s one more person involved. We’re in touch on a daily basis.

We started working with Aspiration Worx in January 2019, and it’s ongoing. Given the COVID-19 situation, we need more services from them.

They’re performing very well for us, and I’m satisfied with their services. They’ve made an attractive website design, which has attracted more customers. We’ve had a slower period because of COVID-19, but we’re improving day by day.

More people are hearing about us, and we’re getting 30–35 inquiries per month, which is the main thing. Getting 10 new clients out of those is very good for us, and we’ve gotten around seven conversions last month. We’ve gotten good customers from all over the world through Aspiration Worx. Whatever they’ve done for us, it’s given us very good business.

We’re creating a client pipeline through Aspiration Worx’ services, and we’re getting inquiries from the UAE and all over the world from people searching for trademark registration.

Saad is always available to me if I want to make a change, and he advises me according to the situation. They’re helpful, friendly, and quick, and I’m comfortable working with them. They keep me up to date with all the information around our account.

I’m happy to have a professional team like Aspiration Worx working with me — I have full trust in them. They give their full attention to each service they provide, from the website to SEO and everything else.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Anyone can improve, but I can’t say anything specific about Aspiration Worx. They’ve helped us with everything related to our website, and there are no missing aspects.

I’ve referred them to a lot of customers. A lot of businesses are in trouble because of COVID-19, and we had to take action. Digital marketing has helped us a lot, and I think it’s an important step for every company to take.

The process was a very good structure. We started with business development and then the work was handed over to the design team. Following that, it was handed over to the development team. Their team recommended some hosting sites for us. They related to each of the phases, and they were very helpful. The project management was really good.

There were delays but I cannot blame Aspiration Worx for that. We have internal procedures for approvals, so we took a long time, and they were very patient.

They’re trustworthy, and I really recommend them. Their SEO work was a highlight for me. I really appreciate the work they’ve done.

Our Google visibility has significantly increased. For our website, bounce rate has improved, and traffic has more than doubled.

How did Aspiration Worx perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done very well. They work within set timelines and are always available. We meet monthly to discuss our progress towards the larger goals we lay out for the project and talk every couple of days to keep updated. Communication is very strong.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re careful not to promise something they can’t do, and they deliver everything they promise. It’s very genuine, which I appreciate. It’s going well, we have no issues with them.
