This project aims to develop a robust and user-friendly e-commerce website and mobile app to facilitate online shopping for customers and provide a seamless user experience across multiple devices. Scope of Work: 

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and functional requirements for the website and app. Analyze competitor websites and apps to identify best practices and potential areas for improvement. 
• Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes and mockups for the website and app, showcasing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. Seek feedback from stakeholders to refine the design before moving forward with development. 
• Front-End Development: Develop the responsive and visually appealing front-end of the website and app, adhering to the approved design. Ensure compatibility with various devices, browsers, and screen sizes. 
• Back-End Development: Implement the back-end infrastructure for the website and app to handle user authentication, product catalog management, order processing, and payment integration. Set up a secure and scalable server architecture to support expected user traffic. 
• Database Development: Design and create the database schema to store user profiles, product data, order details, and other relevant information. Optimize the database for efficient data retrieval and storage.
