The SEO campaign is for 12 months, which aims to
get 50% of our keywords ranked on Google’s first
page within a year. The scope includes creating
skyscraper articles, blogs, and premium article. It
also involves onsite and offsite optimisation efforts
which includes metadata implementation, link
building, and quarterly technical audits. We receive
monthly reports and have quarterly review meetings
to keep us updated on the performance and
strategy alignment.
SEM
The goal of the Pay Per Click is to increase online
purchase conversions. This involves driving traffic
and customers from Google and Meta to the
website. The scope includes keyword research,
creating ad banner designs, ad copy writing,
campaign management and optimisation. We
receive monthly reports and have quarterly review
meetings to keep us updated on the performance
and strategy alignment.

SEO
KPI for SEO is to have 50% of keywords on the 1st
page of Google within 1 year. The team at OOm
has improved the majority of the keywords and
90% of the keywords are on the 1st page in just 3
months.

SEM
Since OOm took over, we have seen a monthly
average of 140 purchase conversions. At
approximately $15 per conversion, the campaigns
are consistently optimised to maintain a lower Cost Per Acquisition.

Once the design was finalized, the OOm team transitioned to the development phase, ensuring the site was tested for responsiveness. After our team conducted useracceptance testing (UAT) and gave our approval,the website was ready to go live.

We were a new start up on a very lean budget, the industry is incredibly competitive with many private practices jostling for space. We engaged OOm to sort our website, launch our SEO and SEM campaigns as well as Youtube campaigns. The immediate goal at that time was leads generation, branding campaigns quickly followed.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

OOm was a highly reviewed company on google, we reached out for a meeting. Through their presentation and our discussion we were impressed with their industry's knowledge and experience and so we decided to go with them.

Our first step was to build an entirely new website that is customised to meet our needs and future-proof it for ease of changes, building back-links and further customisation. We experienced hacks before so security was one of the key emphasis besides UEX and content building. We identified a long list of keywords to improve on our SEO ranking as well as well-written and strategically phrased SEM meta titles and descriptions to attract the right crowd on Google.

It was a long and tedious process but very quickly we were able to rank well and over the years most of our keywords are on page 1 and ranking well. Concurrently we launched leads generation and like campaigns on our facebook and youtube platforms. coupled with our videos this has worked very well in increasing awareness of podiatry and notoriety of our practice with people in Singapore.

On a regular basis it would be 2 people working with us including their accounts manager and the sales manager. But depending on how many services we sign up for, this will include other people such as their web developer, SEO copy writer and strategist and other specialists who we liaised with on various tasks and unique projects that we did.

We have over 50 out of 60 keywords ranking on first page and our practice name "East Coast Podiatry" is the top 16th most searched term in Singapore for medical conditions relating to lower limb. this is an incredible achievement as it is very uncommon for a business name to be used almost like a common noun when people speak of or search for lower limb healthcare.

They work very closely with businesses with clear communication through emails, whatsapp and in person meetings. They have always met timelines and if there are issues that will push back timelines, they would communicate that to us and work with us to figure things out.

As an SME themselves they are very much pragmatic in their solutions and advice. They understand the challenges of start-ups and SMEs, they are a team very connected with business owners as they are people on the ground themselves.

They have been an incredibly vendor to work with. We truly credit them for their efforts since our early years together up till now for helping bring our business to this level. As they are also a growing company, we hope that they can continue their growth trajectory and offer more marketing solutions such as advanced copy writing and video production services that will take us further in today's new world of business that is so reliant on media.
