SOLUTION
How did you select Searchbloom?
I met Cody Jensen CEO & Founder in one of my SEO groups, and THANK GOD I DID. You know how they say sometimes in life it's all about who you know <--------- this is that! :)
Describe the project in detail.
One particular client's site we had was in trouble and the ranks were decreasing in the minus of the +/- for over a month. We had never seen this after 6 years of working with this client. We were always steady if not climbing and always our +/- fluctuations correlated perfectly with normal internet rank volatility meters and therefore, were always brief fluctuations and even predictable. This was very different, however.
We knew something was wrong, really wrong, but it was beyond our scope. Then I met Cody CEO of Searchbloom and I qualified him very easily as the right man for a truly expert level deep dive head-to-toe audit. He met every promise and delivered, by my choice a 30-minute long video and as a bonus even through in a written PDF format for us to give to our client should we see fit. His analysis was superb, crisp, and clean and turned out to be true indeed; on the money across the board.
SEO strategy issues were found. Turns out we had thinned out the crawl budget too much with some overly aggressive geolocation link map systems, and in that sapped the overall crawl managment of the site. "this is my take on what he in general pointed out in the audit." We had quite a bit of cleaning to do; plenty of 301's, and even some 410s, and this actually did make the site equity more potent, as reflected by the reversal of the downward trend.
That's not all ... I believe "as this is no quote from Cody for he stayed precise and away from 'theory'" With all the Google Algo's being released in the months between November of 2020 and February of 2021, it appears Google's CVW promise is real, as what he ALSO found were many tech SEO/Site performance issues that were hurting PSI bad. Of course, anyone can go to GT Metrix or your PSI company of choice and find this out, but he went well beyond that in many ways.
So it turns out I believe that Google has been rolling out little by little the major Algo change promised in May 2020 and that their promised date is the date of completion not the date of the release, therefore had begun feeling it already. I say this because as I said it was years of no issues like this, and we had no "CONVERSION ISSUE" worries because we used a CDN to fix this client's UX related PSI issues, and therefore conversion rates matched a top PSI site even though PSI shows it wasn't top-notch PSI/CWV site. Tung twister!
It turns out this easy solution to a site built with the heavy use of plugins is no longer going to work, as LCP, FID, and CLS and the general CWV metric score itself are, in addition what Googles going to be looking at from now on. As suggested, for this particular site, an elite expert level DEV and quite a bit of $$$$, unfortunately, were needed to sort these issues out, and indeed everything Cody pointed out had been fixed = PROBLEM SOLVED! This story had a happy ending thanks to Cody and Searchbloom.

This was straight from the top. As I said sometimes it's about who you know, and I got lucky in having met Cody, therefore bypassing all such formalities and working directly with the CEO/Founder of Searchbloom. I'm truly honored and can't tell you how helpful this man and his team have been to me.

We're a specialty baby store with an emphasis on high-quality baby products. I manage our profiles thru our marketplaces, managing the listings and inventories.

We hired Searchbloom to enhance our existing PPC profile, and build new campaigns to hyper-focus on our specialty brands. Our goals were to appear more frequently for high-profile brands and keywords, as well as see conversions for those listings.

How did you select Searchbloom and what were the deciding factors?
Searchbloom was able to identify the areas we were not correctly set-up for, as well as provide us a mapped course of areas we could improve. They also quickly found solutions using newer tools.

By creating campaigns that fit our products and brands, Matt, our Searchbloom PPC Team Lead was able to prioritize the areas were we could target. He created different campaigns to maximize the usage of our budget.
Sharing his goals, he was able to update us on the progress - keeping us updated with weekly calls, and reviewing new targets, conversions, and status and metrics of each campaign.

We only worked with Matt, he is our PPC Team Lead.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We've seen conversions for brands we had previously had trouble appearing, and had been repeatedly told would not be easily attainable with our budget.

We have weekly Zoom calls with Matt. He provides us minutes afterwards. We also share a sheet, providing him with details on new promotions and subjects for new campaigns.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Matt .was able to quickly form campaigns and produce conversions on brands and keywords we had previously seen as unattainable. Matt is also able to find and quickly implement solutions to strategies that may not initially work.
They are very transparent, giving us recommendations and listing actions that will only help our business.

No, at this time they are delivering on their promise.

The product that we manufacture a small polishing / deburring machine. The Twister LT-1BR or LT-2AR is sold and used Worldwide. The Twister has been in production since 1989

Searchbloom has been our Go To source for our first web site with a shipping cart. Our prior site was informational only. The new site permitted Overbeck Machine to process orders on line and ship to customers all over the USA.
The site also became a good source for technical information and a link to our YouTube channel. We contract with Searchbloom on a monthly basis to keep our site up to date and add in any new features.
Recently we had a Bot attack that was hitting our site and testing credit card numbers with zero dollar charged as an authorization attempt. Searcbloom worked fast to find issues and get our site selling again and our link to the payment partner back functioning.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal for the recent Bot attack was to remove the means of intrusion and get the site and payment partner back working.

Many Years ago, I attended a presentation by the Principal at Searchbloom. The presentation instilled a gut feeling that when we had a need for web/search services - Searchbloom would be our choice.

The workflow would come from one person within our company and be directed to all 3 of the Searchbloom counterparts. Due to Covid, the communication has not degraded. Even with remote work.

They were really good about meeting with us regularly to communicate with us about this project. They stayed within our timeline fairly well and to the best of their abilities.

No, I think they handled all issues well. Some unpredictable issues did arise with the projects, but they did not hesitate to handle them, and I don't think they could have done anything better.
