The Bandicoot team was great to work with. We threw a lot of challenges their way and they took them and ran with them. They were quick to respond, even if the project was something that would take a while to finish they would communicate an accurate target date for completion which helped us manage expectations. My favorite part about working with Bandicoot was the willingness to explain why things were needing to be done a certain way. We are not experts in web development so really being able to hear from the experts as to why something needs to be formatted a specific way or in a specific color was eye-opening.

In a project of this size, scope creep does appear over time, and pressure to move faster. ChicMic were extremely reasonable about all issues, so we easily found agreement when processes could be tweaked, develop items were in or out-of-scope, and so on. With a less reasonable provider, there could easily have been conflict in this project, but it was avoided because of their ability to rationally and reasonably discuss differences and come to a fair and valid solution.

Regarding communication, the channel depends on the time of the day due to the different time zones. We usually follow up over Skype after assigning tasks on Asana, but I can always text them if there’s an emergency. Another great thing about Rainstreamweb is that they’re always available.
