Lab Recyclers is lab equipment buying and selling online platform, was looking to redesign their website to drive more sales. Create a custom admin panel for employees to manage the full sales process. Provide a better online buying experience for the customers.

With a greater emphasis placed on more popular products, content, and site architecture as well as UI (User Interface) design, Lab Recyclers experienced a higher volume of website visitors from higher ranking than Ebay and Amazon in Google search. I’m the IT administrator of a company that legalizes documents for pharmaceutical firms to sell medical products and equipment outside of the US.
What challenge were you trying to address with MOS Creative?
We were looking to improve our website’s interactivity and provide more information to garner new leads and prospective customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started the project with multiple discussions to come up with a detailed plan to execute the web development project. We gave them a scope of what we wanted to achieve, including a feature that enables administrators to update and make changes to certain parts of the website as needed.
Moreover, they provided us with a beautiful interface for the platform and keywords to optimize our online visibility, which we’re still implementing to this day.

We hired MOS Creative to help us with SEO work. We wanted to have a better presence online to look more credible as we grow.

They provide blog posts to boost our SEO. The team also did work for our website to make it rank better and do better in Google. When people would search for property managers in Baltimore, our name would pop up and we’d be recognized better. Additionally, they created backlinks to our website, which made it appear stronger. There’s an ongoing development to help us rank even higher.

They perform well. They keep us in the loop constantly, and they have a project management tool that reaches out to us as a new action is being taken. We were being kept in the loop with everything that’s being done. We communicate via phone, text, and Teamwork.

I’m the CEO of Fly Bodies, a health and wellness company. I run pretty much anything and everything when it comes to understanding what products we have to offer to our clients. Our company then works to see what we can build in order to give our clients a better experience.
What challenge were you trying to address with MOS Creative?
We wanted to collect data and keep it in-house. We felt the best way to do that was to build an application that we own and that people would use.
What was the scope of their involvement?
In the design phase of the application, MOS Creative put together some mock-ups and a timeline for how long things would take. The team helped us know the scope of the project and understand what features we would need.
They also delivered a prototype, but we didn’t go further to get the full application on the App Store due to financial constraints.

We worked with four people from MOS Creative in total.

We searched for good product development teams in the application space and MOS Creative came up. We reached out to them and I had a good conversation with Max (Owner & Co-Founder).

The design of the application and prototype were pretty impressive. I was excited and impressed by those two things.

Setting a schedule for recurring meetings and giving updates would be helpful for them.

Come with your requirements laid out. Then, be open-minded to any feedback, because MOS Creative has a lot to offer when it comes to designing effective products and applications. Welcome any suggestions and feedback from them about how you should approach your application or product.
