Statement of Work 1.0 Project Summary The Client desires to hire MOS Creative for the purpose of doing monthly SEO to help improve website ranking on Google and needed website updates for www.mdinnovationcenter.com website that fit into a 30 hour a month plan based on the following project scope. 2.0 Project Scope Below is what will be included in this phase: 

30 hour a month SEO plan: 

• Monthly SEO tasks 
• Obtain up to 300+ citations backlinks (within the first 5 months) 
• After citations are done, we’ll switch to 1 guest post per month with DA (Domain Authority) 30+ (starting from month 4) 
• Provide 1 guest post per month with DA (Domain Authority) 30+ 
• 1 content distribution 
• 1 press release distribution 
• Monthly backlink growth

MOS was a critical piece in our end-to-end product build, everything from strategic planning to hands-on code and building components that have proven to be scalable for our team beyond the initial build.

I'm the co-founder of OBO, we help companies digitize their sales, marketing, customer service and project management, primarily working on HubSpot, Salesforce and Monday.com, supporting CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Service, and Project Management software.

We had recently redesigned our website and we hired MOS creative to develop our website in Wordpress (and Elementor) along with several landing pages.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've known Max at MOS creative for years and knew they did great work. It was an easy decision when we had to find a WordPress development shop to build our website.

We had a kick-off meeting, met with the MOS development team, they had an easy-to-use online engagement portal for communications.

We've recently tons of compliments on our website, it really helped elevate our brand to a new level and easy for our team to modify.
