The scope of work was wide with several team members playing different but much needed roles in the overall development process. This included a team manager and product tester and several developers on both the front end framework and back end connections. Some key deliverables include API connections to important data sources including Plaid and the three major credit bureaus. Other work entailed creating automated communication through email and text messaging.

roughly 85% of projects were finished either on time or early with 10% finished within 1-week of expected deadline and 5% within 2 weeks (these tended to be larger projects with more arbitrary timelines in unexplored development fields).

This was a project that started with a drawing on the back of an envelope. Dan and team's experience and programing experience allowed for us through a series of interviews, question/ answer sessions to fully describe and design a custom online venue for unique negotiated transactions. 

The platform lends itself to boutique type commodities, textiles that are heavy on provenance and testing/ lab results. Dan's extensive experience with real-time exchange, matching engines, bid/ ask boards and the like was instrumental to bring this one of a kind software to life!

MG Trader, our flagship online venue has had great success and operates seamlessly!
