I am the Managing Director of NLP Top Coach Asia. We are doing trainings and certification courses in the area of NLP Coaching, Leadership Development. Our clients are both Individuals and Multinational Companies globally.

For what projects/services did your company hire eXcelebrate Web Solutions, and what were your goals?

We hired eXcelebrate for website re-design and currently they are also working with us on our SEO Strategy and Google Adwords. We needed a website that offered clean user experience while also providing key information to our offerings and how to take action.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

First we hired another agency to develop our old website, and their work did not achieve our expectations. We connected with eXcelebrate and they provided us with the solution that we wanted to proceed with. The deciding factor was their way of presenting the step-by step guidance once we decided to work together.

We needed a website that allowed us to promote our trainings and events, capture new leads and strengthen the brand of NLP Top Coach. We also needed a website that was flexible for a global expansion of our company, such as new languages, currencies, legal requirements etc.

We had a very smooth team collaboration with eXcelebrate Web Solutions. We had two dedicated Project Managers involved during the whole project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new website works!!! The old website had many bugs and technical issues (it was slow, many crashes, we had some legal issues). Now we are confident that NLP Top Coach is were we want it to be.

From A-Z the Project Plan was very clear. We also had many different possibilities to use for communication platforms. This was great to have as options both for regular questions and also to cover the progress of steps and to-do on both parts, in an CRM system. The team at eXcelebrate combines theory with practice and case studies, to further guide us why things would be done in certain ways, before we decided on actions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their never-ending support, and NLP Top Coach had many questions and we got them all answered! We also had several time zones to consider (US, Europe, Asia) and this was never an issue, always in NLPTC favour to set up a meeting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, if we could have the chance to meet in person, it would have been great, yet, we loved the digital interaction to complete our goals.

Our previous website was a simple gallery with contact forms. While elegant and useable, we needed a way to take online orders and know the value of the revenue generated through our website.

Because many of our products can be customized to the needs of each customer, we needed a solution that would enable us to both receive quotation requests as well as process orders via the website. We came out of this project with a website that accomplishes these while also reducing the amount of manual work we used to do to arrange quotations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have hired them for several smaller projects prior to this project, and found them to be transparent, results-driven, and attentive to client needs. They didn't just say yes to whatever we thought we wanted. They often challenged us to think bigger and broader about what solution we really needed. They did well beyond what we expected from a web design agency. We've come to trust that they will deliver what they promise to, and not overpromise on things they can't deliver.

They started with a discovery session where they learned about what we were trying to achieve with the new website and the design we wanted. We suggested some designs that inspired us. Following this, they gave us some mockups and wireframes.

Contrary to what we expected, they started with the product page where the user would be making a decision and taking action, and the home page was the last page to actually be designed. This gave us a different perspective given that we had considered the home page to be the most important piece of the website redesign. The website was built on WordPress/WooCommerce with payment gateways Stripe and PayPal.

We only had to communicate with one project manager throughout the project. They had their team work on developing the website and adding products. Having one point of contact made it simple to communicate.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

While most traffic to our website has been direct due to customers knowing our brand through our distribution channels , we have also seen an increase in organic traffic as well. We are also able to interact more effectively with visitors and close more sales over chat and phone through the website redesign.

Most communication happened between email, Google Docs, and their CRM and feedback solutions. They were always punctual took the time to move the project forward in a timely manner. This project happened during the first year of COVID-19, presenting obstacles to do photo shoots and get into our showroom to get quality images. Despite this, the website was completed and live within the timeframe we had hoped for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very patient in the way they communicated and educated us about best practices and ensuring we were focused on usability as much as we were on aesthetics. We never felt they were trying to withhold any information that could benefit our understanding. They seemed to be transparent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the time, they did not have a CRM or project management system, so most of the communication took place over messaging apps, Google docs, and email. Since then, they have implemented a CRM and project management solution that gives us access to our projects. They have also implemented a feedback commenting tool on the website itself

Our original website was hacked and poorly designed. We engaged eXcelebrate to design a new website for us. They came through for us with a professional website that reflects our business and helps us accomplish our goals. We have already started gaining business leads through the website, and are working with eXcelebrate to grow our search engine visibility.

A project manager was our main contact. In the background they had a team of designers and developers and anyone else that was needed to work on our website.

Our website are now giving us new leads. The website looks really professional and great. It is so much better than the old website we originally had.

The project manager kept us up to date throughout the different stages they were working on. We had meetings snd they were very open in our opinions and suggestions that we wanted for our website and explained if it would work for our type of business or not.

They are very professional. They did a really great job. They were very knowledgeable and knew what they are doing.

They were very good I don't see for any need of improvements and I would of not do anything differently.

eXcelebrate came highly recommended from a colleague and deciding factors were experience and cost

We had originally built our website on Shopify but there were insurmountable limitations to it and we decided to move to wordpress. Ours is a complex site with blogs, courses, digital and physical products, and coaching sessions. After a series of initial meetings to understand our objectives, eXcelebrate laid out an in-depth, phased strategy to roll out the new site with major upgrades and modifications (from the original site).

They executed each stage of the project with professionalism, clarity and constant communication via scheduled zoom calls.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new site on wordpress was - by far - more technically sound. They automated a lot of features such as forms for data collection and calendars for health coaching. All in all the final product FAR exceeded our expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective - the deliverables were on time, the quality of of the work was excellent. They pay attention to details and offer suggestions for betterment which, in my view, is going above and beyond. Rare find.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was not only blown away by the knowledge they had about website design, but digital marketing in general. Oftentimes during meetings we discussed far more than the scope of website design - from email marketing to blog best practices. They’re absolute geniuses when it comes to UX and optimization. I appreciated that they were patient, thoughtful, and helpful. Again - the above and beyond was the WOW factor for me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things could always be done faster - but given the quality of the end product I wouldn't trade speed for the beautiful and functional site I ended up with.
