I’m the marketing director at a crypto token.
What challenge were you trying to address with ADELT Agency?
We didn’t like the branding or website development our previous vendor did and needed a company to come in and fix it.
What was the scope of their involvement?
ADELT Agency came on and improved our website and brought our designs up to date. They made our designs fit our changing industry. They utilized the deliverables our previous vendor had created to inform their work — we explained what we did and didn’t like from those deliverables.
We needed the designs and branding to be bright and attract a younger audience. For the branding project, ADELT Agency evaluated our existing brand and niche industry. They also prepared some branding references to help us better understand the characteristics of our brand. Then, ADELT Agency developed our logo and mascot, along with our color schemes and a branding presentation.
Once we decided on the branding, ADELT Agency began the website project. For the site design, ADELT Agency used Figma; they developed the site using Webflow.
On the site, users can learn about our crypto token and how it differs from other tokens. There is a lot of information on the site about why customers could invest in our token.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with five teammates. However, four teammates were involved with the branding project, and three with the website project.
How did you come to work with ADELT Agency?
We found them on Clutch. We needed a remote team that had worked with multiple brands. We found ADELT Agency, who was a perfect match for us because they were an international marketing agency. We had a brief call with them before starting the partnership.

We invested around $7,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our project with ADELT Agency was from August–October 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We plan to launch our crypto token within the next month. We have already launched our social media platforms with the branding ADELT Agency developed, which has gone very well. Although the new website hasn’t gone live, the new branding is working really well across our other platforms.
How did ADELT Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
ADELT Agency communicated progress through Gmail; they also recorded our Google Meet so we could have visual references to better understand the changes they made. We also had access to a Notion page to track the project’s speed. Our team was also able to leave comments on the site designs in Figma.
We did exceed our budget a little, but it was due to issues on our side. We had no issues with ADELT Agency’s project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
ADELT Agency worked quickly — they delivered faster than any other agency we’d collaborated with previously. They had a young team that was passionate about our project. It was clear they wanted to achieve our goals and provide good results. They worked nonstop to deliver everything we needed.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their processes lacked structure and their payment options were limited.

ADELT Agency created all the design components of our brand and provided us with two marketing strategies to promote our app. They developed our logo, created designs for greeting cards, and helped us craft visuals for social media and digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, they worked alongside our development team to design and build our website from scratch using HTML. The ADELT Agency team was responsible for creating and implementing our website's visual elements.

We started working with ADELT Agency in August 2021 and put the project on hold in August 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
ADELT Agency delivered compelling visuals and social media campaigns that contributed to our goal of promoting our app as best we could. Their visual design and marketing efforts have helped us reach 1,500 installs since launching our app.
We relaunched and rebuilt the app a few times, and the team was willing to adjust our visuals and rework our marketing strategies accordingly. Thanks to ADELT Agency, we were able to reach all our milestones.
How did ADELT Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
ADELT Agency did a great job managing the project from beginning to end. They worked quickly and were perfect when it came to meeting deadlines. At the beginning of the project, the CEO worked with us directly to understand our needs and then handed us over to the project manager.
Our project manager was helpful throughout our partnership and made valuable design and marketing recommendations that ultimately saved our customers money. We used Trello and Notion to manage tasks and Slack to communicate. We also met twice weekly via Google Meet to discuss our progress and upcoming plans.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were most impressed with the CEO of ADELT Agency and our project manager. They orchestrated a very personalized, professional experience, and we appreciated their client-oriented approach. Working with them was very straightforward, and they set realistic expectations instead of over-promising. The CEO oversaw our project the whole way through and constantly checked in with us to ensure we were pleased with each step.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had one instance where we asked to replace the designer on our project because they delivered very simple mock-ups that didn’t align with our expectations. We expressed our concerns to the project manager, who arranged a call with the CEO, and they replaced the designer right away. After that, everything went smoothly, so I have nothing they could improve on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I advise you to communicate your expectations and be straightforward and specific about your goals. The more specific you are, the more efficiently ADELT Agency will work.

I’m the project manager of 365Games. We’re launching an e-sports platform to reward players, and our aim is to reward as many players as possible.

The gaming and e-sports industries are very tricky and involve many challenges, such as competition, the reward system, and the go-to-market strategy. We hired ADELT Agency to help us with our go-to-market strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
ADELT Agency has developed our marketing strategy. The go-to-market strategy includes where to go and how, the steps, and our user personas. The team started with a research phase. They’ve delivered social media PR, influencer marketing, advertising, SEO, and SEM strategies. These proposals include the platforms we should focus on and the visual identity and tone we should use.
Additionally, they’ve provided a list of marketing activities for us to choose from. Currently, we’re reviewing their work internally to decide which strategies we’re moving forward with for ADELT Agency to implement.

We initially worked with 4–5 teammates from ADELT Agency. For the strategy, I’ve worked with two main points of contact.

When researching service providers, I had ideas that I didn’t share with any agency because I wanted to see which companies would suggest the same ideas to us.
After we met with ADELT Agency and explained our challenge, they came up with a strategy that was just what we needed. Their proposal included a social media campaign where they already suggested platforms, visuals, and tone. We chose them because they proposed interesting ideas that were very helpful to us, even though they didn’t have previous experience in the e-sports industry.

ADELT Agency’s marketing strategy has been perfect for us. The information they’ve provided us has helped enlighten us and give us confidence in what we’re doing. Since the beginning of our engagement, they’ve given us the right solutions, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration.

They offer a full timeline of deliverables, and they’ve been exactly on time and have a fast turnaround time. Moreover, they’ve been flexible with our budget by putting options on the table for us. The team has been very clear about the strategy list and deliveries.
We use Notion for project management, where they’ve added me as a guest so I can follow everything. We have weekly meetings via Google Meet, where they update us, and we use emails for other communication. Overall, we’ve had a great experience from a project management point of view.

I’m impressed with ADELT Agency’s creativity, especially considering their great pricing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only issue we’ve had has been due to the limitation in payment methods, where they could be more flexible. The team could also have faster live communication. Although they were very fast in replying to emails, it would be better to have a solution for real-time communication in a long-term project like ours, such as Slack. However, they may be doing this already, and we’ll know when we start implementation.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice would be to take a meeting with them, explain your idea, and get a full proposal from ADELT Agency. Their proposal interested me in working with them because it showed their enthusiasm and great research skills.

At the beginning we planned to work out a full branding strategy, however, in process realized that we were running out of funds and decided to elaborate only logo, fonts and colors. ADELT managed to elaborate these elements in a very short time and agreed to continue with other aspects as soon as we raise funds.

For what projects/services did your company hire ADELT Agency, and what were your goals?
We created an innovative geosocial app and our branding was not as good as expected. PlaceTime is a business networking app. We had a number of ideas but we didn't know how to display them in the style that we wanted. Our goal was having something simple, but cool and flashy.

Our colleagues had a very cool animation in their app and we thought we wanted something similar. We asked for their contact and it was Adelt! We needed to rebrand and we decided to cooperate. Why not?

We had an orange logotype that we didn’t fully enjoy. First step was creating a moodboard. After that we tried to unite all our thoughts in a unique logotype. We were amazed when instead of the orange color we saw the purple and super minimalistic logo. Awesome!

We have had a wonderful project manager who always helped and answered our questions. On top of that we also had a designer and illustrator.

The site and token haven’t launched, but the client uses the new branding on their social media and other platforms, and it’s going well. They provided design feedback in Figma; ADELT Agency provided updates via Google Meet, Gmail, and Notion. They were determined to deliver to the client’s needs.
